Magnetic Solar Wireless Backup Camera 5”
Product description
This magnetic solar wireless backup camera brings a 5-inch HD monitor and a rechargeable solar-assisted camera that helps you see behind trailers, trucks, RVs and other vehicles while avoiding hard wiring. The system’s main benefit is quick setup and flexible placement, and the magnetic mount helps keep the camera attached to steel surfaces for temporary or seasonal use. The magnetic solar wireless backup camera is a convenient option when wiring is not feasible or when you need a removable rearview solution.
Key Points
The camera uses a strong magnetic base for fast attachment to metal surfaces, so you can install it without drilling or running cables. It includes a 5-inch monitor that offers full-screen and dual-split display modes, which lets you add a second camera or view parking guidelines while reversing. The unit supports night vision with 10 IR LEDs for low-light conditions and has an intelligent auto-sleep feature that conserves battery when the monitor is off, while automatically waking when the monitor turns on.
This backup camera system relies on a built-in rechargeable 10,000 mAh battery with solar-assisted charging to extend runtime, and according to the manufacturer it can deliver up to 18+ hours of operation on a full charge. Note that solar-assisted charging power is limited to 0.8W so using an external charger is the faster option for recharging in most situations. 🌤️

Usage Recommendations
Place the magnetic mount on a clean steel surface and confirm a secure fit before driving, especially on rough roads or uneven terrain. For extended trips or heavy use consider supplementing solar charging with the supplied charger to ensure consistent battery levels, particularly in low-sunlight conditions. The dual-split screen can be useful when towing a trailer while also keeping the vehicle rear in view, and turning on the parking lines helps when reversing into tight spots. 🚚
Consider that magnetic mounting works best on ferrous metal surfaces and may not adhere to aluminum or nonmetallic body panels, so plan mounting position accordingly. The wireless signal range is suitable for most personal vehicles, but longer-range or obstructed setups may affect image stability. 📷.
