JZSIJ MT020A Water Doodle Mat, 60 x 40-Inch 2-in-1 Drawing and Hopscotch Mat
Product description
Set it out on the floor for a shared drawing session, then flip it over for a round of hopscotch. The JZSIJ MT020A pairs water-based doodling with a play-mat design in one foldable surface. Its 60 x 40-inch size gives several children room to draw together. It suits families choosing between a dedicated art activity and a play rug they can use in more than one way.
Size & fit
At 60 x 40 inches, the mat offers a generous area for drawing side by side, whether children are spreading out on the floor or working at a table. The front features an African savanna theme with animals including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, bears, and eagles. These illustrations give kids prompts to explore while they doodle, and the included templates, drawing molds, and stamps add more ways to make marks and patterns.
The reverse has a dinosaur-themed hopscotch design, so turning the mat over changes the activity without needing a separate rug. The polyester mat folds for storage, and the drawstring backpack provides a way to carry the mat and its accessories to another room or on a trip.
Why it’s worth it
Drawing uses clean water rather than paint or ink: fill a pen with water and draw on the mat. The marks fade after about 3–10 minutes, depending on temperature and airflow, making the surface ready to use again. That makes it a practical format for repeat drawing sessions at home, with no paint-based artwork to clean off the mat afterward. Its waterproof nylon backing helps protect the surface beneath it during use.
The two-sided format also supports different kinds of play. One side encourages free drawing and exploration of animal shapes, colors, and letters, the other offers a hopscotch game. Buyer feedback highlights the entertaining activity, generous size, and useful accessories, with some noting that children across different ages enjoy the mat.

What to clarify
How does the drawing work? Fill a pen with clean water and draw directly on the mat. The marks fade after about 3–10 minutes, with the timing affected by temperature and airflow, so children can start a new drawing on the same surface.
Can more than one child use it at once? The 60 x 40-inch drawing area is designed to give several children room to draw together, making it suitable for shared play at home or during a group activity.
What can children do with the reverse side? Flip the mat over to use its dinosaur-themed hopscotch design for a movement game, giving the mat a second purpose beyond drawing.
When it makes sense
Choose the MT020A when you want a roomy, reusable drawing activity that uses water, plus a second play option in the same foldable mat. It brings together animal-themed creative play, hopscotch, and portable storage for family activity time at home or on the go.
