KiddyFunpals KD188 LED Drawing Board, 7-Color Light-Up Pad with Pens

The 10-inch light-up drawing format gives kids a bright surface for doodling, tracing, writing, and simple practice activities. The KiddyFunpals KD188 pairs a pink acrylic board with seven-color LED lighting, seven colored pens, and unicorn tracing sheets, making it easy to switch between free drawing and guided projects.

Use it at home or at school for creative time, spelling and math practice, notes, or messages. Compared with drawing on disposable paper, the illuminated board offers a reusable surface, compared with a basic unlit doodle board, its color-changing glow adds a visual element to each activity.

Compatibility & requirements

The KD188 is a plug-in model powered through the included USB-C cable, with no internal battery. Set it up near an appropriate USB-C power source for illuminated drawing. Its tabletop stand suits a desk or table, while the hanging cord provides another way to display the board. The product is listed for home and school use, so it can serve as a shared activity surface or a personal creative space.

How to use it

Place the board on its stand or hang it, then connect the USB-C cable for lighting. Kids can draw directly on the acrylic panel, follow the included unicorn templates, or use the pens for writing and simple learning activities. The seven-color LED modes add a glow to drawings and messages, while the double-sided design gives children another surface to work with. When it is time for a new picture, the maker describes the panel as wipe-clean, helping make repeated doodling part of the activity rather than a one-time craft.

For example, a child can trace a template, then turn to free drawing or practice letters on the board. It also works for short notes and reminders around a bedroom or study area. Buyers commonly describe the board as entertaining and appreciate its bright colors, glowing artwork, and wipe-away cleanup. Those impressions reflect customer feedback, while the practical appeal is clear: one board supports both playful drawing and everyday writing.

Buying verdict

This set is suited to families looking for an illuminated, reusable art surface with guided templates as well as room for original drawings. The pens, tracing sheets, stand, and hanging cord support different ways to use and display it, while USB-C power keeps the board ready for plug-in creative sessions. Choose the KD188 for drawing, tracing, writing practice, and colorful messages in a home or school setting.
