KOKODI WB001 Reusable Water Painting Books, 3 Themes with Water Pens

Toddlers ages 1–3 can explore creative play with a reusable water painting activity. This KOKODI set includes three books with Unicorn Fantasy, Princess Castle, and Underwater Animals themes. Fill an included water pen with clean water, then paint to reveal the pictures. When the pages dry, the images fade for another round.

Quick overview

The three themed books offer different scenes to explore, giving little ones a screen-free activity they can return to again and again. The water-based format keeps the play simple: pictures appear as the pages get wet, then fade as they dry. There’s no paint or ink involved, so the activity avoids the usual paint or marker cleanup. Refillable water pens are included, with a shape designed for little hands to hold.

Each book is made from EVA and has a carry handle, rounded edges, and built-in pen storage. That portable design makes it practical to bring along for a car ride, a vacation, or a meal out, as well as for quiet play at home. The set also offers an alternative to conventional coloring supplies: instead of coloring with paint or markers, children use water to reveal the printed scenes.

Best use cases

Use the books for a hands-on activity when a toddler needs something engaging without a screen. The three themes—unicorns, princesses, and ocean animals—provide different scenes to explore, whether a child is painting at home or needs an activity during travel or a restaurant visit. Because the pictures fade as the pages dry, the books are made for repeated use rather than a single coloring session.

The activity also gives children a chance to practice controlling a pen as they paint across the scenes. Reaching for the water pen and following the pictures can encourage focus, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills through play. For caregivers choosing between disposable coloring pages and a reusable activity, this water-based set offers a repeatable option with the pens stored in the books.

Practical tips

Fill a water pen with clean water before starting, then use it to paint the page and reveal the images. Allow the pages to dry for the pictures to fade before using them again. The carry handle and built-in pen storage help keep the activity together when moving between rooms or packing it for an outing. Keeping the pen with its book also makes it easier to have the materials ready for a quiet activity away from home.

The books are intended for toddlers, and the pen is designed for little hands. An adult can help fill the pen and set up the activity, then let the child explore the themed scenes at their own pace. With three books in the set, children can switch themes when they want a different scene to paint.

Is it worth it?

This set is a practical choice for families looking for reusable, screen-free art activities for toddlers. Its strongest draw is the combination of three imaginative themes and water-only painting: children can reveal the scenes, let them dry, and paint again without using paint or ink. The EVA books, carry handles, and built-in pen storage support play at home and on the go. Worth considering if you want a portable activity that brings repeated creative play into travel, restaurant visits, or quiet time.
