Jurassic Park Trilogy 191329288108 Blu-ray + Digital, 3-Film Collection

Set up a dinosaur movie night with all three films in the original Jurassic Park trilogy in one Blu-ray collection. It brings together Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, and Jurassic Park III for a shared viewing session or a convenient way to revisit the series.

The collection also includes digital copies of the three movies, each subject to expiration. Bonus features add behind-the-scenes material for viewers who want to explore how the films were made.

If you’re choosing between a single movie for one evening and a collection that covers the trilogy, this set brings the three adventures together in one purchase.

Where it shines

The films move from a remote island theme park where dinosaurs roam again to the events that follow at another prehistoric site. Jurassic Park centers on five people trying to survive among the dinosaurs, The Lost World follows two groups racing to determine the island’s fate, and Jurassic Park III sends a renowned paleontologist on an aerial tour of InGen’s former breeding ground. Together, they offer a connected choice for viewers who want action, adventure, and science-fiction elements across the series.

The total runtime is 5 hours and 49 minutes, making the set a natural fit for a trilogy marathon split across several evenings or for selecting a favorite installment. Buyers often appreciate having all three films together and describe the collection as a gift idea for dinosaur fans. Playback feedback is mixed: some buyers report trouble-free viewing, while others mention discs stopping partway through.

What matters most

Blu-ray is the physical format, and digital copies are listed for each film. The digital copies are subject to expiration, so check the redemption details when planning to use that option. Audio options include English DTS 5.1 and DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1, along with French DTS 5.1 and Spanish DTS 5.1. The listed rating is PG-13.

The bonus material gives the set more to explore beyond the feature films. Across the discs, extras include making-of features, deleted scenes, production photographs and artwork, visual-effects material, storyboards, and commentary with the special effects team. Jurassic Park also includes material on the film’s production and animatics, The Lost World adds a discussion with author Michael Crichton, and Jurassic Park III features content about its dinosaurs, sounds, and effects. That variety suits viewers who enjoy learning about the creative work behind a movie as much as watching the story.

Best use cases

Choose this collection for a themed movie night, a series rewatch, or a gift for someone who enjoys dinosaur adventures. It also suits viewers who prefer to own the trilogy together rather than seek out each movie individually. For a shorter evening, the separate films make it easy to watch one installment at a time, for a deeper dive, the included production extras offer additional viewing after the credits.

Is it worth it?

A solid pick if you want the original Jurassic Park trilogy gathered in one Blu-ray set, with digital copies and extensive film-related extras. The combination is especially useful for fans planning a multi-movie watch or looking for a single collection to give a dinosaur enthusiast. It brings the three stories together while adding behind-the-scenes content for a fuller series-focused viewing experience.
