Product description
For cat households looking to reduce daily scooping, the Greesum open-top automatic litter box separates waste after each use and collects it in a sealed drawer. It works without an app or Wi-Fi, so setup centers on plugging it in rather than pairing a phone or configuring a network.
The open top and wide entry provide an exposed sightline and roomy access for cats, including larger breeds and senior cats. Its large size is suited to multi-cat homes, while the waste drawer’s stated capacity is up to 10 days for a single cat.
Some households prefer app-connected controls, others want a straightforward, plug-in cleaning routine. This model is designed for the latter, with presence sensors, a quiet motor, and removable parts for cleaning.
Quick sizing guide
The gray plastic litter box measures 20.7 inches long, 18.8 inches wide, and 24.3 inches high. Its large, open-top format gives cats an accessible entry and a clear view of their surroundings. Consider these dimensions when choosing a spot in a bathroom, laundry area, or another convenient place in the home.
Where it shines
After a cat uses the box, the automatic cleaning cycle separates waste into the sealed drawer. That means the everyday routine does not depend on manually scooping after each visit. Odor control is built around the closed waste drawer, which is described as holding up to 10 days of waste for one cat, the interval will vary with the number of cats using it.
The open design can be a practical fit for cats that prefer an unobstructed entry and sightline rather than an enclosed dome. It also gives larger cats more open access. Infrared and microwave radar sensors detect a cat’s presence and pause the cycle when a cat approaches or enters. A child lock and cat-safe gear design add further safeguards around operation.
The motor is described as low-noise, helping the box fit into shared living spaces. For routine deep cleaning, the drum detaches and washable components can be cleaned separately. Use clumping litter and follow the fill guidance on the unit for the intended cleaning process.
