BIEMHA VR11 Smart Ring, Rose Gold, IP68 Water Resistance, No Subscription
Product description
Sleep and activity tracking in a ring format gives the BIEMHA VR11 a low-profile alternative to wearing a watch for those who want wellness metrics on a compatible phone.
It connects to iOS and Android devices over Bluetooth. The ring has no display, so it is not designed to show metrics directly on your finger.
The listing describes heart-rate checks every 30 minutes and a ring battery life of 2–3 days. Use of the charging case may extend total usage beyond 5 days, according to the product details.
Key takeaways
The VR11 is a rose gold smart ring for tracking sleep and daily activity. Its listed metrics include heart rate, sleep duration, and blood pressure, the feature information also mentions steps, calories, and exercise performance. Treat these as tracking features, not as a substitute for medical assessment.
Bluetooth connectivity and iOS/Android compatibility make it relevant if you want ring-based tracking paired with a smartphone. There is no built-in display, and the listing does not include GPS. The product is advertised as requiring no app subscription, which may appeal to buyers who want to avoid an ongoing fee for access to its tracking features.
Fit and sizing
This version is listed as size 7. The product information specifically recommends checking the size chart and measuring your finger circumference before buying. That step matters for a ring intended to be worn during sleep and everyday activity: a poor fit can make continuous wear less comfortable and may affect whether you want to keep it on consistently.
If you are between sizes or unsure how the chart maps to your measurement, the supplied details do not explain a sizing method beyond measuring circumference and consulting the chart. Confirm that the listed size matches your needs rather than treating the ring like an adjustable band.
Everyday use
The ring is intended to stay on during routine activity, sleep, and workouts, with listed water resistance up to 80 meters. It may suit someone who prefers a wearable without a screen or watch-style band. For checking information, plan to use a compatible smartphone rather than looking at the ring itself.
The battery details deserve attention before purchase. The product description gives 2–3 days for the ring alone and says a charging case can extend usage beyond 5 days. That is different from assuming the ring itself runs for 5 days between charges. The package details list a charging cable, charging case, and user manual.
Compared with a basic step counter, this ring lists sleep and health metrics as well as activity tracking. A buyer who wants on-device information or built-in GPS should look at a different wearable category, since this model has no display and no GPS listed.
Practical questions
Does it work with an iPhone or Android phone? The listing says it is compatible with iOS and Android devices and connects through Bluetooth.
Does the ring show data on its surface? No. The product details specify that it has no display, so it is not a screen-based wearable.
How often does it check heart rate, and how long does the battery last? The feature information says heart rate is measured every 30 minutes. It lists 2–3 days for the ring, with total use potentially exceeding 5 days when using the charging case.
Buying verdict
It makes sense if you want a screen-free ring for sleep and activity tracking, use a compatible smartphone, and are willing to check your finger size before ordering. The no-subscription claim and included charging case are useful points to weigh alongside the listed metrics.
It’s not for you if you need GPS, a display on the wearable, or a longer stated interval between charges from the ring alone. Those needs point toward a more feature-focused wearable rather than this compact ring format.
