SmarTect TPU Matte Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, 2-Pack
Product description
A matte film can make a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE easier to use in bright surroundings by reducing screen glare. This SmarTect TPU protector is designed for that phone and comes as a two-piece set.
The flexible thermoplastic polyurethane film is intended to guard against everyday scratches, fingerprints and dirt. Its matte finish is the main distinction from a clear screen protector, while the included fitting kit supports a more controlled installation.
This is a film protector rather than a rigid glass cover. That difference matters if your priority is protection from drops, as the product information describes TPU as basic protection under light stress and tempered glass as the more suitable approach for drop protection.

Best use cases
The matte surface is useful for everyday phone use where reflections are distracting, such as checking messages or reading while out and about. Its oleophobic coating is intended to help resist fingerprints and dirt, so the screen may need less frequent wiping than an unprotected display. It is still a film, not a substitute for a case or a dedicated drop-protection layer.
TPU is flexible and the product is described as adapting to curved displays, with full screen coverage. That makes it a different choice from a rigid protector: it prioritises a flexible fit and glare reduction, while a tempered-glass option is more relevant if resistance to drops is the main concern. It suits you if you want a matte finish and scratch protection for your Galaxy S24 FE. Better avoided if your main requirement is the stronger drop protection associated with tempered glass.
Installation is supported by a positioning aid and cleaning accessories. The maker says the film is designed for bubble-free fitting and that small bubbles or scratches can fade through its self-healing surface. Careful cleaning and alignment remain important when applying any screen film, so allow time to follow the supplied instructions rather than rushing the process.
In the box
The set includes two TPU films, a positioning aid, two wet wipes, a microfibre cloth, two anti-dust stickers and an instruction manual. Having a second film gives you another application available if the first fitting does not go as planned, it does not mean both films are intended to be used at once.
Practical questions
Does touch input still work? The product lists high-sensitivity touch as a feature. The manufacturer also says the film should not affect fingerprint sensors, though it notes that recalibration may occasionally be needed after fitting.
Can small bubbles disappear after installation? The product information says small bubbles may fade as the film settles and describes the surface as self-healing. Follow the fitting instructions and give the film time rather than assuming every mark will vanish immediately.
Is it a good choice instead of tempered glass? Choose it for a flexible matte film and everyday scratch protection. If protection from drops is the deciding factor, the product’s own guidance points towards tempered glass instead.
Should you buy it?
This two-film set is worth considering if you want a matte, flexible protector made for the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, particularly to cut glare and help keep fingerprints off the display. The included cleaning and positioning items are useful for fitting at home, and the spare film adds a second chance at installation. Choose a different protection style if you need a protector focused primarily on drops rather than light, everyday wear.
