Marvel Legends Series G0582 X-Men Deathbird & Marvel’s Gladiator 15 cm 2-Pack
Product description
Some collectors prefer to focus on one character, others want a pair that brings a shared comic-book world to their display. This Marvel Legends Series set brings X-Men’s Deathbird and Marvel’s Gladiator together in one 2-pack.
Both figures are inspired by their appearances in Marvel’s X-Men comics, with a classic comic-book look suited to a shelf or collection display.
At 15 cm, they’re also sized for hands-on posing. The figures have more than 20 points of articulation and come with interchangeable parts, giving you options for arranging them on display or recreating a scene.
Who it’s for
This set is aimed at Marvel and X-Men fans who want Deathbird and Gladiator represented together, as well as collectors looking to add two recognisable comic characters to a Marvel Legends display. The comic-inspired design makes the figures a natural fit among other character-led collectibles, while the articulated heads, arms and legs let you adjust their poses rather than leaving them in a single fixed position.
For a practical display scenario, pose the pair side by side on a shelf and use Gladiator’s alternate head with its heat vision effect to give the arrangement a more action-focused feel. No assembly is required, so they’re ready to display or pose once unpacked. The figures are recommended for ages 4 and up.
What stands out
The appeal here is the combination of two characters in the same set, with sculpting and decoration based on the X-Men comics. More than 20 points of articulation offer flexibility for display, whether you prefer a straightforward standing pose or a more dynamic arrangement. What better way to give a comic-inspired display more character than to pair its figures with the accessories that support a change of pose?
The set includes three accessories: two interchangeable hands and a replacement head for Gladiator featuring a heat vision effect. The figures arrive in a window box, which also gives collectors the option of displaying them in their packaging. Buyer feedback praises the character designs and articulation, with some highlighting the classic comics look. Some buyers would have welcomed a broader accessory selection, despite the interchangeable pieces supplied.
