Funko 70611 Pop! Animation Captain Shishido Baseball Vinyl Figure

The glossy vinyl finish gives this Captain Shishido figure a clear place on a desk or display shelf, while its baseball theme ties it to My Hero Academia’s Hero League Baseball setting.

As a Funko Pop! Animation collectible, it brings a character-specific touch to a growing anime display. The figure is multicoloured and made from vinyl.

At approximately 3.75 inches tall, it suits collectors looking for a compact piece that can sit alongside other figures or stand on its own.

Who it’s for

This figure is aimed at My Hero Academia fans, Funko Pop! collectors and anyone choosing a character-led gift. Captain Shishido’s baseball theme makes it a distinctive addition to a collection focused on the series or on anime figures with a sports-inspired look. It is also suited to decorative indoor display, such as on a desk, a shelf or in a display case.

It’s a good fit if you want a recognisable character piece rather than a general My Hero Academia keepsake. The compact format makes it straightforward to include in an existing display without making the figure the centre of the whole space. It can also be given for a birthday, Christmas or another special occasion to someone who enjoys the series.

Pros

The character and theme are specific: this is Captain Shishido from the MHA HLB baseball setting, not a generic anime figure. That gives fans a clear link to the series and collectors a simple way to add a themed character to their Funko Pop! line-up. The multicoloured design adds visual variety among figures with different characters or styles.

Vinyl construction and a glossy finish give the piece its collectible display character, while its approximately 3.75-inch height makes it practical for a desk or a smaller shelf space. Looking for a figure that adds a focused character detail without taking over a display? This compact Pop! format brings the character into view while leaving room for other collectibles. One product is included, and the figure does not require batteries, so it is ready to be arranged as a display piece.

Worth noting

This is designed for collecting and decorative display, rather than as an electronic toy. Its indoor use and compact scale make it easy to place among other figures, on a work desk or in a dedicated anime collection. If you are choosing between a compact character collectible and a larger display piece, this format keeps the focus on Captain Shishido while taking up less visual space.

The figure is made from vinyl and has a glossy finish. For use by children, adult supervision is required. These details make it easier to decide whether the piece suits a collector’s display, a character-themed present or a shared family collection.

Final verdict

Choose Funko Pop! Animation Captain Shishido for a compact My Hero Academia collectible with a clear baseball theme and a recognisable character focus. Its multicoloured vinyl design, glossy finish and approximately 3.75-inch height suit fans building a series display as well as gift-givers looking for a specific anime figure. It works particularly well where a smaller desk or shelf collectible can bring character to a display without needing a large space.
