LEGO Disney Princess Heihei 43272 Building Set, 566 Pieces with Moving Parts

With 566 pieces, this LEGO Disney set gives the Heihei rooster a dedicated build rather than making him one part of a larger play scene. Designed for ages 9 and up, the colourful figure has a moving head, wings and tail feathers, so it can be posed after the building is done.

It can stand on its feet or be displayed on a brick-built stand with flowers and a name plate. The model measures 27 cm tall on the stand, making it a display piece as well as a character to handle and reposition.

Getting the most from it

The main appeal is the transition from construction project to character display. Children can build Heihei, try different positions for his head, wings and tail, then choose whether to show him on his feet or on the stand. For a practical use, that makes the set suited to a quiet building session followed by a place on a bedroom shelf or desk.

What makes it more than a static model? The movable parts give children a simple way to change the pose, while the stand and name plate provide a more finished display. The LEGO Builder app is also listed as a way to view the model in 3D and track building progress. It’s a good fit if the recipient enjoys Disney’s Moana films, animal characters and building something that can stay on show afterwards. Compared with a broader playset, this is a more focused character build, choose a scene-based set instead if the priority is a larger setting for imaginative play.

What stands out

The combination of a recognisable Disney character and poseable features gives the build a clear purpose beyond assembling a model. The supplied stand also offers an alternative to displaying Heihei on his feet, and the 27 cm height on the stand is a useful detail when deciding where it might fit. Other LEGO Disney sets are mentioned as separate additions, but they are not needed to build or display this figure.

Buyer feedback often highlights the appearance, enjoyable build and gift appeal. Comments on the build quality are mixed, though: some buyers praise the construction, while others report bricks coming apart. That difference is worth bearing in mind if the figure will be moved or handled frequently. It may not suit you if you want a set built around a large play environment rather than one character and a display stand.

What to clarify

What age is the set intended for? It is described for children aged 9 and up. The safety information also says it is not suitable for children under 36 months because it contains small parts that present a choking hazard.

Can Heihei be posed? Yes. The head can turn, and the wings and tail feathers can move to create different poses.

Does it come with a display stand? Yes. The set includes a brick-built stand with flowers and a name plate, Heihei can also be displayed standing on his feet.

Is it worth it?

This set makes most sense when the appeal is specifically Heihei: it offers a substantial build, movable features and a display option without shifting focus to a wider scene. The age guidance, character theme and finished height help narrow down whether it suits the intended recipient and available display space. If the aim is a character-led building gift that can be posed and kept on show, it has a clear use, for play centred on a larger setting, a scene-based build is the more relevant direction.
