Glorious GMMK Macro Numpad, Bluetooth, RGB and programmable slider and knob

For anyone who needs dedicated number keys alongside a laptop or compact keyboard, the Glorious GMMK Macro Numpad adds a separate, programmable control pad. Its aluminium body houses linear switches and RGB backlighting. Choose a wired setup or Bluetooth wireless use, then assign shortcuts and macros to suit your workflow.

Getting the most from it

Use the number pad for frequent figures, data entry or in-game commands without changing your main keyboard. Its 17 buttons support three remappable layers each, giving you up to 51 functions to set up in Glorious CORE. That makes it possible to keep commonly used shortcuts close to hand, whether you are working through a spreadsheet or building a set of game controls.

The slider and rotary knob add another way to interact with your setup: programme them to control different applications independently, or use the knob as an extra button. For a desk where a full keyboard with an integrated number pad is useful, that single-board layout keeps everything together. If you prefer a smaller main keyboard and separate controls you can position as needed, this dedicated pad offers a more adaptable arrangement. It can connect by wire or pair over Bluetooth 5.0 LE, wireless battery life is listed as up to 76 hours with RGB off, or 28 hours with RGB at full brightness.

What stands out

The GMMK Numpad is built around customisation as well as number entry. Its hot-swappable switches let you change the switch setup, while the keycaps, top frame, slider, knob and accent badge are also described as swappable. The aluminium enclosure and plate give the compact unit a solid material profile, and the doubleshot ABS keycaps complete the pre-built setup with Fox linear switches.

Buyers often praise the build and quiet operation. Feedback is more divided on the software and how well certain functions work, some also criticise the customisation options, wireless connection and Mac compatibility. Some buyers question the value for money, so the most relevant reasons to choose it are its programmable controls, separate number pad and customisable hardware rather than software features alone.

Should you buy it?

Choose this numpad if you want dedicated number keys without replacing your main keyboard, or if you would make practical use of macros, layered shortcuts and a programmable dial. Its wired and Bluetooth options support different desk setups, while the hot-swappable switches and changeable components give you room to personalise the hardware. It is a focused way to add number entry and hands-on controls to a gaming or everyday workstation.
