GLORIOUS GMMK 3 Pro 75% Mechanical Keyboard, Silver, RGB, Hot-Swappable

The 75% layout keeps this silver keyboard compact at 33.8 x 15.2 x 4.5 centimetres, while retaining a full aluminium body. Its US QWERTY arrangement and wired USB-C connection give it a clear, straightforward setup for a desk.

Linear Fox switches provide the keystrokes, with RGB backlighting adding adjustable colour to the gaming or work area. The 75% format suits users who want a more compact board than a full-size keyboard.

This is also a modular keyboard, not simply a fixed layout with a choice of lighting. Its hot-swap design and adjustable gasket system let you tailor the typing feel and sound over time.

Technical overview

The CNC-machined aluminium top and bottom cases have an anodised silver finish. Inside, the modular gasket system can be configured for a firmer or more flexible typing feel, while nine points of modularity allow parts of the GMMK 3 to be changed to suit your preferences. The 5-pin MX hot-swap sockets make compatible switch changes possible without soldering, the included switch puller supports that hands-on customisation.

The keyboard uses linear Fox switches and a US QWERTY layout, with RGB backlighting for a more personalised desk setup. The supplied accessories include a braided cable, keycap puller, screwdriver, quick start booklet, four alternate macOS keycaps, three sample switches, six extra screws and O-rings, and a switch puller. The alternate keycaps provide options for macOS-specific keys, while the tools and sample switches are useful when making adjustments.

Compatibility & requirements

The keyboard is listed for use with gaming consoles, laptops and PCs, and connects by USB-C cable. Its stated operating system requirements are Windows 7 or macOS 10.12 Sierra. The US QWERTY layout may differ from the product images, so factor in the American key arrangement when choosing it for your usual typing tasks. For macOS, four alternate keycaps are included.

Best use cases

The GMMK 3 Pro 75% suits gaming desks and everyday typing setups where a compact keyboard and the option to customise switches both matter. For example, you can connect it by cable for a gaming session, then change compatible 5-pin MX switches later to explore a different typing feel without soldering. RGB lighting lets you personalise the keyboard’s appearance, while the aluminium enclosure gives the compact layout a substantial metal build.

Compared with a conventional fixed-switch keyboard, this model gives you more scope to adjust the internal feel and replace compatible switches. That makes its modular design especially relevant if you enjoy refining your setup rather than choosing a board that stays as supplied.

Buying verdict

Choose the GLORIOUS GMMK 3 Pro 75% if you want a silver, US QWERTY mechanical keyboard with linear Fox switches, RGB lighting and room to customise its feel. Its compact format, aluminium construction and tool-assisted hot-swap design make it a considered fit for gaming and daily desk use, with practical flexibility for users who like to adapt their keyboard over time.
