FOREHILL M281 Chest of Drawers, 6 Drawers, White, 119cm

A bedroom or dressing room needs practical storage for everyday items, with a surface that can also be put to use. The FOREHILL M281 brings both together in a freestanding chest with six drawers and a generous top.

Its white finish and clean, modern lines suit bedrooms, dressing rooms, hallways, living rooms and bathrooms. Bevelled concealed handles keep the front looking simple and uncluttered.

At 60 x 40 x 119cm, this is a tall storage cabinet with a defined footprint. Use it to organise clothes, cosmetics, toys, books or other household items, and keep decorative pieces on top.

Why it’s worth it

Six drawers give everyday belongings a place of their own, making it easier to sort items by type or room and keep them out of sight. The closed storage helps maintain a neat appearance, while the top offers extra space for displaying decorative items or keeping frequently used pieces close at hand.

The lacquered white finish and minimalist styling work well where you want storage without a heavily decorative look. In a bedroom, for example, the drawers can hold clothing and accessories while the top serves as a spot for a small display. In a hallway or living room, use the cabinet to bring household items together instead of spreading them across open shelves. Compared with choosing a low, wide unit, its 119cm height puts more of the storage in a vertical format.

The drawers have metal glides for opening and closing, and the cabinet is made from engineered wood panels. Assembly is required, accessories and assembly instructions are supplied. Buyer feedback often praises the appearance and ease of assembly, while opinions on drawer size and sturdiness vary.

Key points

The six-drawer layout is designed for organising a mix of household essentials, from clothes and cosmetics to books, snacks and toys. Keeping different categories in separate drawers makes it easier to find items and helps the room feel more orderly. The concealed, bevelled handles complement the smooth-fronted design, and the freestanding format lets the cabinet serve as storage in several room types.

Its dimensions are 60cm wide, 40cm deep and 119cm high. The top provides a useful display surface, while the white lacquer finish brings a light, contemporary look to the room. Choose it when you want closed drawer storage with a taller profile, rather than open shelving or a low dresser.

Care tips

Wipe the cabinet with a damp cloth to care for its finish. For everyday organisation, group similar items together in each drawer and keep decorative pieces on the top surface to make the most of both storage and display space.

Buying verdict

The FOREHILL M281 is suited to homes that need six separate drawers in a modern white cabinet. Its tall 119cm profile, concealed handles and usable top make it a practical fit for bedrooms, dressing rooms and shared living spaces where organised, out-of-sight storage is a priority.
