TORASO Food Mat-1-Green Silicone Pet Feeding Mat, 48 × 30 cm

If you want a defined place for your pet’s food and water, this green silicone mat helps keep mealtime mess off the floor. Its raised outer edge is designed to catch spills, while the non-slip surface helps keep the feeding area in place. Choose a compact mat for bowls and dishes, or a larger feeding setup when you need more coverage. This 48 × 30 cm format suits a focused feeding spot without taking over the room.

What matters most

The TORASO mat gives food and water bowls a dedicated surface, helping contain overflow around the feeding area. A raised border catches spills before they reach the surrounding floor, which is useful for pets that splash while drinking or move their bowls during a meal. The silicone surface is waterproof, flexible and non-slip, combining practical spill control with a mat that’s easy to position.

For daily care, rinse the mat in the sink, wipe it with a damp cloth or wash it in a machine, then allow it to air dry. Buyers often praise its appearance, size and ease of cleaning, along with the way it helps manage spills and stays in place. Feedback on durability and cleanliness is mixed, so care and regular cleaning remain part of keeping the feeding area fresh.

Fit and sizing

At 48 cm × 30 cm, this mat is intended for a compact feeding area and is described as suitable for small and medium dogs, cats and other small pets such as rabbits and hamsters. Use it beneath food bowls, water dishes or a pet fountain, or place it under an automatic feeder or feeding station. The raised edge helps keep drips and scattered water on the mat rather than the floor.

If you’re choosing between a small bowl mat and a broad floor-covering option, this size is suited to protecting the immediate area around a pet’s dishes. Measure the space where the bowls sit and consider how much room they need to fit comfortably within the mat’s edges. Its solid green colour gives the feeding station a simple, coordinated look.

How to use it

Place the mat on the floor with the raised border facing up, then arrange the bowls or feeder on its surface. The non-slip design helps keep the setup steady during everyday meals, while the waterproof silicone provides a practical barrier beneath water and food dishes. It can also be rolled up for storage or to take along when travelling or heading out for a picnic.

After feeding, rinse or wipe away food and water, or machine wash the mat, hand washing is also suitable. Let it air dry before returning it to the feeding area. This straightforward routine makes it easier to keep a regular spot for meals without cleaning the floor after every spill.

When it makes sense

This mat is a practical fit for pet owners who want to keep bowls together and protect the floor immediately around them, especially in a kitchen or another regular feeding area. It brings together a defined 48 × 30 cm surface, a raised spill-catching edge and easy-care silicone, so daily feeding has a clear place and cleanup is simple. For a compact setup with bowls, a water dish or a pet feeder, the green TORASO mat helps make mealtime tidier and easier to manage.
