Soundcore Sleep A30 D1301 Sleep Earbuds with ANC and Adaptive Snore Masking

If you want earbuds designed for bedtime, the Soundcore Sleep A30 combines active noise cancellation, adaptive snore masking and a slim in-ear profile for sleeping. Soft silicone, short nozzles and a lightweight shape are designed to ease pressure when you sleep on your side.

They also bring sleep audio and customisable controls into a single Bluetooth setup, so you can choose a calmer sound routine without relying on ordinary listening earbuds.

Who it’s for

The Sleep A30 is made for adults who want to listen to audio at bedtime or reduce the impact of snoring, household sounds and traffic noise. Its low-profile design and short nozzles are intended for side sleeping, while interchangeable ear tips and wings help you find a secure seal and comfortable position. A good seal also supports ANC performance, adjust the earbuds after inserting them to find the fit that works for you.

This sleep-focused design offers a different approach from standard earbuds, which are generally built around everyday listening rather than comfort against a pillow. The Bluetooth connection also lets you use a compatible smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop or smart speaker as an audio source.

Why it’s worth it

Smart ANC uses ear-canal adaptation to adjust noise reduction, with fine-tuning taking 3–10 seconds. For changing snoring sounds, the charging case monitors and analyses nearby snoring, while the earbuds adapt soothing white noise to help soften its fluctuations. Keep the case within 1 m of your head when using this feature. It is intended to reduce disruption, not eliminate every sound.

What if you want something calming to listen to as you settle in? Sleep audio includes binaural beats, which play different frequencies to each ear, along with sleep stories. You can personalise bedtime audio, reminders and built-in alarms through the all-in-one setup. Buyers have praised the sound, particularly over Bluetooth, and some report satisfying battery performance, feedback on fit, overnight comfort and noise cancellation is mixed, so choosing the right ear tips and wings is an important part of the setup.
