Pieviev Kitty Litter Mat, 91 x 76 cm Double-Layer Waterproof EVA

The double-layer honeycomb surface helps catch scattered litter before it travels across your floors. Lift the mat to release the collected particles back into the litter box, making everyday tidying more straightforward.

At 91 x 76 cm, this black Pieviev mat creates a broad landing area around your cat’s litter setup. Its soft EVA material is designed to feel comfortable under paws.

A waterproof, slip-resistant base helps protect the floor beneath the mat from liquid, while the washable surface makes cleanup simple.

Practical tips

Place the mat at the litter box exit so particles carried out on your cat’s paws land on the honeycomb surface. When it is time to tidy up, lift the mat and let the trapped litter fall through the layers, the collected litter can then be returned to the box. A gentle shake can help release particles from the surface.

For routine care, remove loose litter by shaking or vacuuming, or rinse the mat with a hose when a more thorough clean is needed. The washable EVA surface is easy to clean and dry, and the waterproof lower layer helps shield hardwood floors and carpets from liquid. Keep the mat positioned flat in the area where your cat leaves the box.

Where it shines

This mat is made for the busy patch of floor around a litter box, where loose particles can otherwise spread with each visit. Its large honeycomb openings collect litter as cats step across it, and the double-layer design holds particles underneath until you empty it. That makes it a practical choice for daily litter control without relying on sweeping or vacuuming after every trip.

It can be used with different types of litter and with a range of litter boxes, including hooded and self-cleaning styles. The soft surface is intended to be gentle on paws, while the waterproof, slip-resistant base adds a useful layer between the litter area and the floor. Customer feedback often highlights its litter-catching ability, generous size and straightforward emptying and cleaning.

Key features

The double-layer honeycomb construction gathers scattered litter and makes it easier to return collected particles to the box. The 91 x 76 cm format provides a generous area in front of the litter setup, and the black colour offers a simple, unobtrusive look in the room. EVA gives the mat a soft, washable surface, while its waterproof base helps protect floors from urine and other spills. The slip-resistant backing helps keep the mat in place during everyday use.

Compared with a flat mat that leaves collected litter on its surface, this design lets particles sift into the lower layer for a tidier lift-and-empty routine. It also suits households looking for a dedicated mat that can be rinsed clean as part of regular litter-area care.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want to keep the floor around your cat’s litter box tidier with a mat that combines litter capture and floor protection. Set it at the box exit for everyday use, then lift and empty it when litter has gathered underneath. The broad footprint, washable EVA and waterproof base make it a useful fit for a home where scattered litter and easy cleanup are priorities.
