Product specs
The S20-A combines automatic waste separation with app monitoring, so you can check litter use and bathroom habits from your phone. The app also offers one-touch cleaning and a reminder when the waste bin is full. An 11 L waste bin provides room for collected litter, while the sealed storage design helps contain odours. The litter mat has a three-layer, non-stick design to make waste easier to manage around the box.

What it works with
The box is designed for clumping, bentonite, mineral and tofu litter, giving households several common litter options. It is intended for multi-cat use, with app tracking to help you keep an eye on visits and litter habits. The manufacturer notes that the box is not suitable for larger breeds such as Ragdolls or Maine Coons, so consider your cat’s size when choosing a litter space.
The top-fill opening makes adding fresh litter straightforward. For households moving from a manual box, the automatic cleaning cycle reduces the need for daily scooping, the waste-bin reminder helps you keep up with bag changes. It is a different approach from a basic litter tray: choose this format when app monitoring and automatic waste handling are useful parts of your routine.
Usage tips
The box arrives pre-assembled. Set it up by plugging it in and adding litter, then connect it to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network to use the app features. The cycle starts after your cat exits, and the sensors pause cleaning if a cat enters the box or probes near the waste-bin opening. These safeguards make the automated cycle more practical in a home where cats may approach while it is running.
Use the top opening to refill litter. When emptying used litter, tilt the box forward and pour it into a waste bin. To help a cat get familiar with a new litter box, place it beside the existing one and transfer a small amount of used litter into it. This gives your cat a familiar scent while it adjusts to the new setup.
Is it worth it?
Worth considering if you want less hands-on litter maintenance and value app-based tracking alongside odour control. The automatic cycle, full-bin reminders and included mat and trash bags bring several useful parts of daily litter care together in one setup. Its XXL format is suited to households looking for an automated litter station, with the stated breed-size guidance helping you assess whether it fits your cat. For multi-cat homes using one of the compatible litter types, the S20-A offers a practical way to simplify routine cleanup and keep track of litter-box activity.
