JBL Tune 720BT JBLT720BTPURAM Wireless Over-Ear Headphones, Lavender, 76-Hour Battery
Product description
For listeners who want wireless over-ear headphones with a long stated battery life, the JBL Tune 720BT combines Bluetooth 5.3, JBL Pure Bass sound and up to 76 hours of listening on a charge. Its Lavender finish gives this version a distinct look, while the fold-flat design makes it easier to pack than a fixed-frame pair.
The controls sit on the ear cup for managing sound and calls, and the JBL Headphones app offers EQ adjustments. Comfort feedback is mixed, so the fit may not feel the same for everyone.
Usage tips
Pair the headphones with a smartphone for wireless listening, then use the app’s EQ to adjust the sound to your taste. Voice prompts can guide you through the headphones’ features. For calls, the ear-cup buttons handle call and sound controls, while Voice Aware lets you hear your own voice as you speak.
The advertised battery life is up to 76 hours, and a five-minute charge is stated to provide three additional hours of music. A full recharge takes as little as two hours using the Type-C USB cable. These figures can help with planning between charges, though actual listening time will depend on how you use it.
What you’ll notice day to day
Bluetooth 5.3 removes the need to manage a headphone cable during everyday listening, and the fold-flat construction is useful when you want to put the headphones in a backpack. The product description also says they can switch to a mobile device when a call comes in while video is playing on another device, helping keep calls within reach.
Buyers often praise the sound and battery performance, and some appreciate the Bluetooth connection. Comfort and durability feedback is more divided: some find the headphones comfortable and sturdy, while others report discomfort or concerns about how long they last. That makes fit and handling worth considering rather than assuming the lightweight, foldable design will suit everyone.
Compared with a basic wired pair, the Tune 720BT prioritizes cable-free use and extended stated battery life. A wired option may make more sense for someone who does not need wireless listening or app-based EQ, this model is aimed more at people who value those features in daily use.

Buying verdict
It’s a good fit if you want wireless over-ear headphones with a fold-flat design, app-based EQ and a long stated battery life for music, video and calls. The mix of controls and Voice Aware also suits someone who expects to take calls without removing the headphones. You may want to skip it if comfort consistency or long-term durability is a deciding priority: buyer feedback on both is mixed, and the available details do not establish a universally comfortable fit or a durability guarantee.
