GINMIC MDHdog Dog Booster Car Seat with Memory Foam and Dual Safety Leashes

A raised seating position gives small dogs a better view out the window, helping make car rides more engaging while giving them a cushioned place to settle. The GINMIC MDHdog booster seat combines memory foam, a soft plush cover and dual adjustable safety leashes for trips to the vet, daily errands or longer drives.

Its nest-like shape lets a dog sit or lie down, and side pockets keep treats, toys and other travel essentials close at hand. The seat can also serve as a bed at home or while camping, so it has a role beyond the car.

Compatibility

Designed for small and medium dogs up to 35 lbs, this seat is described as suitable for most cars, SUVs and pickups. It can be placed on either the front or back seat. Measure your pet and compare their size with the seat dimensions to choose a comfortable fit. The listed capacity also makes it suitable for two small pets when their combined weight is within the stated limit.

The seat belt is routed around the front of the booster to help hold it in place, while the non-slip base and fastening straps add stability. Two adjustable safety leashes help keep pets within the seat area. Buyers describe the seat as comfortable and cosy, though experiences with belt tightness vary. Take time to adjust the restraints so they fit your pet and the vehicle setup before setting off.

How to use it

Place the booster on the vehicle seat and secure it using the seat belt and fastening straps, following the included installation instructions. Attach and adjust the safety leashes so your dog can sit or lie down without roaming around the vehicle. The raised design lifts a small dog by 5.32 inches for a clearer window view, while the foam cushions them as the vehicle moves.

For a typical vet visit, treats and a favourite toy can go in the side pockets, keeping useful items within reach without crowding the seating area. After the drive, the booster can become a familiar resting spot at home. Remove the cover for machine washing when it needs cleaning. The seat arrives vacuum-packed, allow 24–48 hours after opening for it to regain its shape.

Choosing between a simple travel cushion and a booster comes down to how you want your dog to ride. A flat bed offers a resting surface, while this raised design adds a window-level view, restraint points and storage in one portable spot. Would a more settled, contained place make your regular drives easier to organize?

Should you buy it?

It’s a good fit if you want one cushioned spot for car journeys and home use, with a raised view, washable cover and pockets for small essentials. Its stated size and capacity are aimed at small and medium dogs up to 35 lbs, and the dual leashes and belt-secured setup support a more organized ride. For pet owners who want a dedicated booster rather than a loose bed on the seat, the GINMIC MDHdog brings comfort, a useful view and everyday storage together.
