Sun Stars Pets selfwarm Self-Warming Cat Bed Mat, Washable and Non-Slip

What to know

Reflecting your pet’s own body heat, the Sun Stars Pets selfwarm mat creates a warm resting spot without electricity. It offers a simple way to add a comfortable place for a cat or small dog to settle indoors.

The rectangular mat measures 70 x 50 x 2 cm and is grey. Its soft resting surface and thermal design make it suitable for everyday lounging, while the non-slip bottom helps keep it steady on the surface where you place it.

If you’re choosing between an electrically powered heated pad and a mat that works with your pet’s body heat, this one offers warmth without a power connection. Use it on the floor, a sofa, or in a crate to give your pet a familiar place to rest at home or while travelling.

Maintenance

The washable design makes routine cleaning more straightforward, helping keep your pet’s resting area fresh. It’s a practical feature for a bed mat used regularly around the home, whether it sits on the floor or on furniture. The non-slip bottom also supports a more settled placement as your pet gets on and off the mat.

Practical tips

Place the mat on a flat spot your pet already likes to use, such as a favourite area of the floor, a sofa, or a crate. Its 70 x 50 cm footprint gives cats, kittens, and small dogs a defined space to curl up or stretch out. For travel, it can provide a familiar resting surface in a suitable indoor setting.

The body-heat-reflecting design is intended to create warmth without electricity, so there’s no power connection needed to use the mat. Position it where your pet can settle comfortably, and wash it when it needs freshening. A solid pick if you want a washable indoor resting mat with a non-slip bottom and a self-warming design.

Is it worth it?

For cat owners looking to make a favourite resting spot more inviting, this mat combines a self-warming design with everyday features that are easy to use: a washable build, a non-slip bottom, and a size that suits cats, kittens, and small dogs. It’s especially useful when you want to add a warm, dedicated place on a floor, sofa, or in a crate without relying on an electrical heating pad.
