Ellenpent CH-ICB010 XL Stainless Steel Cat Litter Box with Lid, Grey
Product description
Some cats need more room to turn and settle, while some homes need a tray that helps keep litter where it belongs. The Ellenpent CH-ICB010 brings both needs together in an extra-large, high-sided design.
Its stainless steel pan has a non-stick surface for simpler scooping and cleaning. The grey PP lid completes the covered design, and the 60 x 40 x 30 cm dimensions give larger cats room to move.
A scoop, litter-catching mat, two rolls of poop bags and a sticker are included, making it easier to organize the daily cleanup routine from the start.
What stands out
The pan is made from 304 stainless steel, a practical alternative to a plastic tray for people who want a surface that does not absorb stains or odours. Its non-stick finish helps waste release during cleaning, so routine scooping and washing can be more straightforward. The material also resists rust, scratching and wear, supporting regular use.
High sides help keep kicked litter and splashes inside the box, while the upper section overlaps the bottom. This arrangement is designed to contain mess around the tray without taking away the room a larger cat needs to enter, turn and use it. The included mat helps catch litter on the way out, adding another layer of containment for indoor spaces.
Customer feedback often highlights the generous size, easier cleaning and reduced litter scatter. Opinions are mixed on how securely the upper section locks onto the base, so the fit may be worth checking when assembling the box.
The essentials
The XL litter box measures 60 x 40 x 30 cm and combines a stainless steel pan with a PP lid. It is intended for cats and has a covered format with high sides. For a household choosing between a basic open tray and a larger, more contained setup, this design brings together extra room, raised walls and a lid in one box.
The accessories are useful for everyday upkeep: the scoop handles waste removal, the mat catches tracked litter, and the two rolls of poop bags help with disposal. A holder at the back provides a place to keep the scoop, while the sticker lets you decorate the box. For example, placing the mat at the exit creates a designated spot to catch loose litter as your cat leaves the tray.
Cleaning & care
The smooth, non-stick steel surface is designed to make waste easier to remove and the pan simpler to clean. Stainless steel does not absorb stains or odours in the way plastic can, helping the tray stay fresher between cleanings. Keeping the mat near the entrance also helps collect litter before it spreads across the floor. Regularly scoop the box and clean the pan as part of your cat’s usual litter routine.
Should you buy it?
Choose the Ellenpent CH-ICB010 if you want a roomy litter box for a larger cat, with high sides to help contain kicked litter and a steel pan that simplifies cleanup. The mat, scoop and disposal bags make the daily routine more organized, while the covered, grey design suits an indoor litter area where both space and tidiness matter.
