At a glance

This is a permanent outdoor light string designed for more than one kind of occasion. The RGBWW setup offers multicolour effects as well as warm-to-cool white light, so the same installation can suit Christmas displays, gatherings and everyday outdoor lighting. The 30 triple-LED units provide the colour options, the adjustable white temperature helps you shift between a warmer ambience and a crisper white appearance.

The app offers more than 80 preset lighting themes, with options to customize patterns, colours and brightness. Alexa and Google Assistant compatibility adds voice control, while Wi-Fi connectivity supports app-based smart features. For outdoor exposure, the lights and controller are rated IP65 for water and dust protection, and the adapter is rated IP67.

How to use it

Attach the lights to a suitable surface using the adhesive tape, then use the screw holes for added reinforcement where appropriate. Follow the product’s installation instructions when positioning and securing the string. Once installed, use the eufy Life app to choose a preset, adjust the colour and brightness, or build a custom pattern for a specific occasion. Voice control through Alexa or Google Assistant offers another way to manage the lighting.

For a seasonal display, a colourful theme can bring definition to an outdoor area, for regular use, a preferred white tone can create a more consistent look. The lights can also sync with eufy cameras through WonderLink and display specific themes when people are detected, combining a visual response with the camera’s detection event.

Who it’s for

These lights suit homeowners looking for a fixed outdoor installation with more flexibility than a single-colour string. The RGB and adjustable white options make it easy to move between festive decoration and a chosen everyday look without changing the lighting setup. App themes are useful when you want a coordinated effect quickly, while custom controls give you a way to personalize colours, patterns and brightness.

They’re also a practical fit for people already using compatible eufy cameras who want lighting to respond to detected people. If your priority is a specific length and a defined number of lights, this E22 version is the 50 ft string with 30 triple-LED lights.
