VIPARSPECTRA GLS-20J2P-E12-G40-28 60-Foot LED String Lights, IPX5, Dimmable

For patio and backyard setups that need warm, welcoming light, the VIPARSPECTRA GLS-20J2P-E12-G40-28 string lights provide a 60-foot run for outdoor decorating. The LED G40 plastic bulbs emit warm white light at 2700K, while the linear layout makes it easy to drape the strand across a deck, gazebo, porch or garden seating area.

The plug-in design gives you a straightforward way to add decorative lighting, and the strand can connect end-to-end with others to cover a wider area.

Usage tips

Plan the route before hanging the strand so its 60-foot length can follow the intended edge or overhead line. The 9-foot lead provides space between the plug and the first socket, sockets are spaced 1.7 feet apart, with a 1.7-foot female tail at the end. Included zip ties, expansion tubes and expansion bolts provide installation accessories for arranging the lights. Follow the supplied manual when setting up and connecting strands.

For a smaller deck or trellis, one strand can define the seating area, for a larger layout, the end-to-end connection feature lets you extend the display. Up to 26 strands can be connected. The lights are dimmable-compatible, so you can adjust the atmosphere with a compatible dimmer, sold separately.

Strengths

The 2700K warm white glow adds soft decorative lighting for everyday evenings as well as occasions such as birthdays, weddings and Christmas. A 60-foot strand creates one continuous linear arrangement, offering a different approach from placing separate decorative lights around a space. Its G40 plastic bulbs are shatterproof, making them a practical choice for areas where glass bulbs are less suitable.

IPX5 waterproof protection and the stated outdoor use make the strand suitable for patios, balconies, porches and garden settings. Buyers commonly describe the light as bright and warm, and mention that it helps brighten seating areas and adds a decorative touch to railings. Feedback also highlights its appearance and usefulness on smaller decks and trellises.
