Cosyglim QX-U-O-S-1000-1-A Cluster String Lights, 1,000 Warm White LEDs, 50 ft

For decorators who want dense, warm-white lighting across a Christmas tree or festive display, the Cosyglim cluster string lights combine 1,000 LEDs on a 50 ft strand. Closely spaced bulbs create a fuller look than a widely spaced string, while the 3,000 K colour temperature gives the display a warm glow.

Use them on a tree, weave them through a wreath or garland, or arrange them along a window or railing. Eight lighting modes and a built-in timer make it easy to tailor the display to the occasion.

Who it’s for

These lights suit anyone planning a detailed holiday display and looking for one strand with many closely grouped light sources. The product description says a strand can cover a 2-metre Christmas tree, making it a practical starting point for decorating a tree without arranging several separate strings. The linear layout also works for garlands, wreaths, windows and fences, where the close spacing helps create an even, twinkling effect.

They’re plug-in lights powered by corded electricity, so they fit a setup with access to a power outlet. The warm-white colour is suited to seasonal gatherings and quieter evening displays alike. Want a more animated effect for a party and a steadier look for everyday decorating? Switch between the available modes to change the feel of the same display.

What you’ll notice day to day

The LEDs are spaced 0.59 inch apart, giving the strand its dense cluster appearance. That close arrangement is useful when you want lights to read as a continuous, bright feature across branches or greenery, rather than as a few isolated points. Copper wire forms the flexible linear strand, which can be positioned around a tree or woven through wreaths and garlands. The included zip ties provide a simple way to secure the lights to a display.

Choose from combination, waves, sequential, slo-glo, chasing/flash, slow fade, twinkle/flash or steady on. This range lets you move from a fixed glow to changing patterns for a gathering or seasonal focal point. A memory function saves your preferred setting, and the automatic timer runs for 6 hours on and 18 hours off. Once set up, that cycle helps keep the display on a regular schedule without switching it manually each evening.

The IP44 rating is a useful specification to consider when planning where the strand will be placed. For a straightforward setup, arrange the lights around the display, secure them as needed and connect the plug to a suitable outlet.

What to clarify

How many lighting modes are available? There are eight: combination, waves, sequential, slo-glo, chasing/flash, slow fade, twinkle/flash and steady on. The options cover both animated effects and a steady setting.
