DUOFIRE DP014W-3680 White Flower Window Privacy Film, Static Cling, 90 x 200 cm

Some window treatments are chosen mainly to block views, others leave glass clear but do little to create privacy. This white flower window film offers a middle ground, adding a decorative frosted-glass effect while allowing soft natural light through.

Its static-cling application makes it a practical choice for changing a room without a permanent adhesive layer. The film can be removed, repositioned and reused when undamaged.

Use it on suitable smooth glass in spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens, offices, doors or cabinets where privacy and daylight both matter.

Quick sizing guide

The film measures 90 x 200 cm. Measure the glass from edge to edge in both directions, then allow about 2 inches (5 cm) extra in width and height to make positioning easier. Once the film is in place, trim it to fit the glass. Its cut-to-size format helps adapt the floral pattern to different window dimensions.

For installation, clean the glass, separate and remove the clear backing film, then apply water or soapy water to the glass and film. A spray bottle and scraper are among the tools placed inside the roll, alongside a cutter and two compressed towels. Smoothing the film with the scraper helps remove excess water and air as you work.

Use the film on smooth glass. It is not suitable for vacuum, double-glazed, figured or wired glass that is exposed to direct sunlight for long periods, as heat absorption may cause glass breakage.

Why it makes sense

The white flower design changes the look of plain glass while helping screen unwanted views. The film is stated to provide 95% privacy from 8 inches away, while still letting in soft light—useful where a fully covered window would make a room feel darker. It also blocks 84% of UVA and 95% of UVB rays, and helps reduce heat and glare that can affect furniture, flooring and décor.

Unlike a permanent adhesive film, this static-cling format is designed to come away without adhesive residue. That makes it useful for renters, seasonal decorating or a window where you may want to adjust the placement later. Buyers often highlight the appearance and straightforward installation, feedback is more mixed on how easily the film stays attached and how simple it is to remove bubbles, so careful preparation and application are worthwhile.
