DEWALT Bluetooth speaker DCR010

Dual Bluetooth speakers are the DCR010’s main draw, with stereo sound and a bass reflex port intended to add low-frequency presence. For a jobsite, that means music can be played from a paired device without relying on the phone’s own speaker.

The speaker also has a carry handle with a phone holder, plus playback and volume controls on the unit. The listing states a Bluetooth range of 100 ft. It is identified as 20V MAX* and “Tool Only,” though the supplied details do not give battery runtime or spell out everything included.

Key specifications

The DCR010 is a portable DEWALT Bluetooth speaker designed for jobsite use. Its stated features include dual speakers for stereo sound, Bluetooth connectivity with a listed range of 100 ft, and a bass reflex port to enhance low-frequency performance. Controls on the speaker let you play or pause, skip tracks and adjust volume, so basic changes do not have to be made on the connected phone.

A practical detail is the built-in phone holder: you can set a phone on the speaker while it streams audio, rather than leaving it loose on a nearby surface. The carry handle also makes it easier to move the unit between work areas. There are no supplied details about dimensions, weight, battery life, charging, or weather resistance, so those points should not be assumed when comparing it with more fully specified jobsite audio options.

Who it’s for

It suits you if you want a dedicated Bluetooth speaker for a work area, value controls on the unit, and would use the phone holder while listening. The stated 100 ft range may be useful when the paired phone is not right beside the speaker, although actual connection conditions can vary. If you mainly need audio for a small room or occasional desk use, a simpler portable speaker may cover the same basic need without the jobsite-focused handle and holder.

It may not suit you if battery runtime, charging options or resistance to dust and moisture are decisive. None of those details are provided here. The product name also says “Tool Only”, check what is included before buying rather than assuming a battery or charger comes with it.

Everyday use

For a typical work session, pair a phone, place it in the holder and leave the speaker where the sound is useful. You can skip a track or lower the volume at the speaker instead of picking up the phone each time. That setup is more convenient than playing music directly from a phone, but the listed features do not establish how long the unit can run between charges or how it handles rough site conditions. Its bass reflex port is designed to support lower frequencies, but there are no sound measurements here to compare with larger or more powerful speaker systems.

Antes de decidir

How far does Bluetooth reach? The listed range is 100 ft. Treat that as the stated specification, not a guarantee for every work area.

Can you change tracks on the speaker? Yes. The description lists play/pause, track-skipping and volume controls on the unit.

Does the listing confirm a battery or charger is included? No. It is labelled “Tool Only,” and the supplied information does not itemize the box contents.

Veredicto final

The DCR010 is a considered choice if you want jobsite-oriented convenience—stereo playback, a carry handle, a phone holder and on-speaker controls—in one Bluetooth speaker. Its main drawback for a careful purchase decision is the missing detail on runtime, charging and environmental protection. Choose it when the listed handling features match your routine, look at alternatives with published battery and durability information if those are essential. The available details describe the features, but do not establish performance through testing.
