XVISHX DWL-04 Puppy Playpen, 42 x 42 Inches, Nylon Mesh and Gate

Set up a dedicated play space for a puppy at home or outdoors with the XVISHX DWL-04 playpen. Its square 42 x 42-inch footprint gives pets room to move, while mesh sides keep them visible from different angles.

The fabric-and-mesh design offers an alternative to a metal-bar pen. A gate that rolls upward makes it easier to bring a pet in and out.

Steel tubes and ABS connectors form the frame, and the pen can be assembled or taken apart without tools for storage or transport.

Why it makes sense

The enclosure combines thickened 600D Oxford fabric with high-strength nylon wire mesh. The mesh keeps the space open and breathable, so you can keep an eye on your pet while it plays or settles in. The playpen is designed for indoor and outdoor use, making it useful for setting up a contained area in a room or outside.

Its square layout gives puppies room to move around rather than keeping them in a compact crate. The upward-rolling gate provides an entry point, and its hook-and-loop closure secures the opening. Buyers often appreciate the play space and straightforward assembly, feedback on durability is mixed, so the fabric-and-mesh construction is best treated as a supervised pet area rather than a substitute for supervision.

At a glance

The playpen measures 42 x 42 x 25.6 inches and has a square shape. Its frame uses steel tubes and ABS connectors, with nylon mesh and 600D Oxford fabric around the sides. The no-cover design leaves the top open, while the mesh sides support visibility and airflow. When the pen is not in use, it can be disassembled and stored in a compact form.

Who it’s for

This playpen is intended for small to medium dogs or other pets, including cats. The stated fit guidance is a shoulder height of up to 10 inches and a weight of up to 20 pounds. Pets that bounce or jump out are not suited to the open-top design. It suits you if you want a portable, visible play area for a pet within those size guidelines and can supervise its use.
