The four-panel enclosure has protected seams and reinforced corners. The mesh panels allow visibility into the space, and the zippered door can be closed to keep a pet inside. The washable mesh and simple fabric layout make routine care more manageable, a blanket can also be placed underneath and washed separately when needed. The Large size is listed for pets up to 45 pounds, so measuring your pet before choosing a size helps match the enclosure to its intended use.

Unlike a stationary enclosure, this playpen is designed to fold down when its job is done. That makes it useful for setting up a designated spot at home, bringing a familiar space along for camping or travel, or creating a temporary contained area outdoors. Buyers often praise its portability and size, including the convenience of the carrying case. Feedback on durability and stability is mixed, with some customers saying it holds up well and others reporting that it can tip over.

How to use it

Assemble the playpen by following the included instructions, the pop-up design is described as taking about 30 seconds to set up. Open the zippered door for entry, then close it when you want your pet to remain inside the enclosure. Use it indoors or outdoors for a puppy, kitten, dog, cat, or another listed small animal. When you are finished, fold it flat and store or carry it in its case. For a comfortable spot during a visit or trip, place a blanket underneath and wash the blanket as needed.
