Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver 4K

This portable wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver kit from TTQ lets you stream video from a laptop, PC, camera or media box to a projector or HDTV without running long HDMI cables, offering simple setup and higher-resolution decoding for presentations, movie nights, and outdoor screenings. It decodes up to 4K and outputs 1080p at 60 Hz according to the manufacturer, which can make full-screen viewing smoother and clearer on larger displays.

Key Points

The system works plug and play without needing Wi-Fi, an app, or Bluetooth, so you can connect transmitter and receiver in about 10 seconds and remove cable clutter in a room or office. It supports dual-band wireless transmission over 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, with an LDS antenna and an advanced 5G chip for improved range and stability. The manufacturer states an approximate transmission range of up to 100 feet, with very low latency reported at less than 0.01 seconds under ideal conditions. Note that smartphones and iPads are not listed as supported sources and that actual range can decrease if signals encounter heavy obstructions.

Usage Recommendations

Place the transmitter close to the video source and the receiver near the display to keep the line of sight as clear as possible for best performance. If you experience unstable connections, try higher-output USB chargers and use the included Type-C cables to ensure both units receive sufficient power. The kit includes two HDMI converters to help attach cameras or older devices that need an adapter, and switching between clone and extended display modes is done with a one-click control on the units.

Advantages

The metal housing gives the units a more durable feel and a compact footprint that is convenient to carry for business trips or outdoor movie setups. An LED signal display on the transmitter shows connection strength in real time so you can troubleshoot placement without guessing. Keep in mind that while the device decodes 4K input, the delivered picture is 1080p output, so it is best used where full 4K output is not required. The package ships with a transmitter, a receiver, two Type-C charging cables, an extended HDMI cable, two HDMI converters, and a quick start guide.
