Lekebobor BP-21065 Expandable Cat Backpack Carrier, Mesh Panels, 18 lb Capacity

Four mesh sides help air circulate and give your pet views of the surroundings, while four entrances make getting in and out more convenient. The Lekebobor BP-21065 is an expandable backpack carrier for cats and small dogs, with a maximum recommended weight of 18 pounds.

An expandable back section gives your pet more room to move during a trip. When the carrier is not in use, it collapses flat for storage.

A supportive bottom pad and stabilizing frame help maintain the carrier’s structure. A safety leash is included, along with a soft mat for the ride.

The essentials

This carrier is made from water-repellent 300D Oxford fabric and has mesh windows on all four sides. The multiple openings provide different ways to access the carrier, while the mesh helps keep your pet connected to the view outside. That combination is useful for walks, vet visits, and travel when a pet benefits from airflow and visibility.

The expandable back creates additional space for a cat or small dog to shift position. A firm bottom pad provides support underneath, and a roller blind can be lowered for shade. Two side pockets keep pet supplies close at hand, so essentials can travel with the carrier rather than in a separate bag.

Buyers often praise the roomy design, portability, and zipper operation. Feedback about sturdiness is mixed, so the carrier’s frame and bottom pad are particularly relevant features when choosing a backpack-style carrier.

Everyday use

The backpack format is designed for travel, camping, hiking, biking, and everyday walks. For a vet appointment, the different entrances can make it easier to guide a pet into the carrier, on a walk, the mesh sides provide visibility while the roller blind offers a way to block direct sun. The side pockets are handy for keeping small pet supplies within reach.

Compared with a basic carrier that keeps a fixed shape, this model adds an expandable section for extra room and collapses flat between outings. It suits owners who want a carrier that can serve both as a travel pack and as a more compact storage item at home.

How to use it

Place the carrier on a stable surface to help your pet enter through one of its four openings. Once your pet is inside, use the safety leash as intended and close the zippers before carrying the backpack. The soft mat and supportive base provide an interior surface for the journey, lower the roller blind when shade is useful, and use the expandable back when your pet needs more room to move.

The maximum recommended weight is 18 pounds. For air travel, check the specific airline’s carrier requirements before your trip, since each airline sets its own rules. When the outing is over, collapse the carrier flat for storage.
