Srugn 9' x 12' Washable Area Rug, Low-Pile Faux Wool with Rubber Backing

In a living room or bedroom with a large stretch of bare floor, this Srugn 9' x 12' area rug adds a soft surface without the height of a deep-pile carpet. Its beige, ivory, cream, brown, and camel tones are suited to neutral rooms, while the vintage-inspired look gives it more visual character than a plain floor mat.

The low pile measures 0.3 inches, and the rug is listed as machine washable, foldable, and made for indoor use. Buyers often praise its softness and appearance, but feedback on thickness and how well it lies flat is mixed, creases may remain after unpacking.

Getting the most from it

At 9' x 12', this rectangular rug is intended to cover a substantial area, such as beneath a living room seating arrangement or across much of a bedroom floor. Its low profile can also suit dining areas and home offices where a taller pile would be less convenient. The rubber backing is designed to help keep it in place, though the listing does not describe a separate rug pad or guarantee that it will stay put on every floor surface.

The rug can be folded for storage or moving, and the product details describe it as machine washable. For routine care, the listed instruction is to vacuum regularly. If it arrives with fold lines, the product description suggests rolling it in the opposite direction, buyer feedback is mixed, with some saying it lays flat quickly and others reporting persistent wrinkles. Allow for that uncertainty if a smooth, crease-free appearance is important right away.

Why it makes sense

This rug combines a large format with a soft faux-wool feel, a 0.3-inch pile, and a washable design. That makes it worth considering for a busy indoor room where a smaller accent rug would leave too much floor exposed. Buyers commonly highlight the softness, color, and overall appearance, and some appreciate the rubber backing for helping the rug stay in place.

It makes sense if you want broad floor coverage and a softer surface in a family living space, bedroom, or guest room. Compared with a thicker, high-pile rug, this low-pile style takes a flatter approach and may suit rooms where an easier-to-manage profile matters more than substantial cushioning. Buyers do differ on how thick it feels, so the listed pile height is a useful guide to expectations.

Before you decide

Does this rug have a deep, cushioned pile? No. Its listed pile height is 0.3 inches, and some buyers describe it as thinner than expected, so it is better viewed as a low-pile floor covering than a plush, thick rug.

Can it be washed in a machine? The product details identify it as machine washable. They do not specify a wash cycle or other machine-care settings, so follow any care instructions supplied with the rug.

Will it arrive completely flat? Experiences vary. Some buyers say it flattens quickly, while others report creases that do not come out easily. The description recommends rolling it in the opposite direction to help with temporary folds, but that may not resolve every reported crease.

Is it worth it?

This Srugn rug is a reasonable fit for shoppers who want a large, soft-feeling indoor rug with a low profile, a rubber backing, and a machine-washable design. The customer feedback is strongest on softness and appearance, while thickness and wrinkle recovery draw mixed or negative comments. It might not be a great match if you want a noticeably thick, cushioned rug or need it to look perfectly smooth as soon as it is unrolled. For a broad, vintage-inspired floor covering where those trade-offs are acceptable, its size and stated care features are the main reasons to consider it.
