Product description
Need a USB-C connection that turns neatly away from a device instead of extending straight out? The Silkland S3626 right-angle adapters help route a cable in tight or awkward spaces, with USB4 support for up to 40Gbps bandwidth, 8K video, and up to 240W charging.
The two-adapter pack is built for USB-C setups, including compatible USB4 and Thunderbolt 3/4 devices. Its compact profile is designed to leave the neighboring port accessible, making it useful for handheld gaming systems, laptops, tablets, and other devices where cable direction matters.
Size & fit
The 90-degree connector redirects the cable alongside the device rather than straight out from its USB-C port. That layout can make a desk, travel setup, or handheld gaming session easier to arrange when a cable sticking outward would get in the way. It also helps avoid sharply bending a cable at the device connection.
The adapters have a slim, compact form intended not to block the port next to the one in use. For the best physical fit, the USB-C port should be fully exposed, a thick or bulky case can interfere with how the adapter seats.
Pros
USB4 support brings up to 40Gbps of bandwidth, while video support extends to 8K. The adapter also supports up to 240W fast charging and USB PD 3.1 Extended Power Range, including 140W, 180W, and 240W levels. These capabilities make it a practical choice when one right-angle connection needs to handle data, video, or charging, subject to the connected device and cable supporting the relevant feature.
The black adapters use a metallic aluminum-alloy body with a non-slip design for easier insertion and removal. Their small footprint suits portable setups where a bulky extender would be inconvenient. If you use a laptop or handheld on a crowded table, the right-angle layout gives the cable a cleaner path without requiring a different device position.
Customer feedback often highlights the snug connection and the usefulness of the angled shape in confined spaces. Some buyers also report mixed results connecting cell phones, so check that the specific phone and its USB-C functions work with an adapter of this type.

Questions before you buy
What does the 90-degree design do? It turns the connection to the side, which can help route a cable close to a laptop, tablet, or handheld instead of letting it extend straight from the port.
Can it carry video, data, and charging? The adapter supports USB4 bandwidth up to 40Gbps, 8K video, and charging up to 240W. The device, cable, and connected equipment must support the function and level you want to use.
Will it fit with a protective case? The USB-C port needs to be fully exposed for the adapter to seat properly. A thick or bulky case may affect the fit.
Buying verdict
Choose the Silkland S3626 when you want two compact, right-angle USB-C adapters for a cleaner cable route and need support for high-bandwidth data, 8K video, or up to 240W charging. Its aluminum-alloy construction and slim shape suit portable devices and crowded workspaces where a straight connector is awkward.
