Quarota 12-Inch Queen Hybrid Mattress, Medium-Firm with Pocket Springs

Technical overview

Independent pocket springs respond separately to body movement, helping the mattress contour to different areas while limiting motion transfer. That can make a shared bed feel less disruptive when one person shifts during the night.

A medium-firm feel combines gel memory foam comfort layers with pocketed coils. The hybrid construction brings foam cushioning and spring support together, with zoned support and extra edge support as part of the design.

The breathable, cool-touch cover is designed to promote airflow across the sleep surface. A Euro top adds a softly cushioned finish, while the three-layer construction gives shoppers a clear alternative to choosing an all-foam or traditional coil-only mattress.

Getting the most from it

For couples who want separate movement to feel less noticeable, the individually pocketed springs are a practical feature to consider. Each spring can respond on its own, while the foam layers provide pressure-relieving cushioning. The medium-firm feel is intended as a middle ground for shoppers who want support without choosing a distinctly plush surface.

The Queen size suits a shared bedroom or a larger single-sleeper setup. Its stated dimensions are 80 inches long by 60 inches wide, so compare those measurements with your available bed space when planning the room. For support underneath, the mattress is compatible with a box spring, slatted base, or solid foundation.

Buyers often describe the feel as a comfortable balance between firm and soft, and some report better sleep or less discomfort. Those are individual experiences rather than a promised outcome. Feedback about perceived size is mixed, making the listed dimensions useful when matching the mattress to a frame.

What you get

This is a 12-inch Queen hybrid mattress with a gel memory foam comfort layer, pocketed coils, a medium-firm feel, and a polyester-blend cover. The listed coil count is 300. Together, these details make it a fit for shoppers comparing a cushioned hybrid design with simpler foam or spring constructions, especially when motion isolation and edge support are priorities.

The mattress arrives compressed and rolled in a box. After unpacking, allow up to 72 hours for it to expand to its original shape and comfort. Use care while opening it, as it may unfurl quickly once released.

Practical questions

What does medium-firm feel like on this mattress? It is designed to balance cushioning and support rather than feel distinctly soft or firm. The gel memory foam layers provide the cushioned surface, while the pocket springs contribute support.

Which bed bases can support it? The listed compatible options are a box spring, slatted base, and solid foundation. Match the Queen mattress dimensions—80 inches by 60 inches—to your sleeping space.

How long should it take to expand after unboxing? Allow up to 72 hours for the mattress to reach its original shape and comfort. Open the packaging carefully because the rolled mattress may unfurl quickly.

Final verdict

For shoppers who want a Queen mattress with a medium-firm feel, a breathable cover, and individually pocketed springs, this hybrid brings those features together in a 12-inch design. Its combination of foam cushioning, motion isolation, zoned support, and added edge support makes it a relevant choice for a shared bed or anyone comparing hybrid comfort with an all-foam feel.
