REGOSS RG12M-14 king-Extra Firm 14-Inch King Hybrid Mattress, 5-Zone Support

Technical overview

The king-size mattress measures 80"L x 76"W x 14"Th and pairs an extra-firm feel with a hybrid design. Its seven-layer construction combines gel memory foam, high-density foam, and individually pocketed coils. A five-zone support system is designed to target support across the body, while the ice-silk-infused cover adds a cool-to-the-touch feel. Together, the foam and coils offer a supportive sleep surface with cushioning and reduced motion transfer.

• Type: Hybrid mattress

• Support: 5-zone system, lumbar support, and reinforced edge support

Compared with an all-foam design, this mattress combines foam comfort layers with individually moving coils, making its hybrid construction a key consideration for shoppers who want both foam and spring support. The pocketed coils are designed to limit motion transfer, a practical feature for shared beds. Reinforced edges provide support near the sides, whether you sleep close to the edge or sit down to get ready.

Requirements

Choose a king-size foundation that supports the mattress’s 80"L x 76"W footprint. It is compatible with a box spring, platform bed, or solid foundation, so it can work with several common bed setups. The stated weight capacity is 500 pounds. Its extra-firm feel and targeted support are intended particularly for back and stomach sleepers seeking a stable surface.

Practical tips

After unboxing, allow the mattress to air out. A mattress protector can help protect the sleep surface, and seasonal rotation is recommended as part of its care. The cooling cover is described as breathable and moisture-wicking, adding a smooth, cool-to-the-touch surface for sleepers who prefer that feel.

Buyer feedback often highlights comfort, firmness, and back support. Some customers describe the mattress as particularly firm, while others say it feels softer, so personal impressions of firmness can differ. Shoppers also mention being able to move across the surface easily. These comments offer a sense of others’ experiences, while the extra-firm specification and hybrid construction remain the clearest guides to its intended feel and design.
