Neo Sleep NS-HY1-BA-10T Twin 10-Inch Hybrid Mattress with Pocket Springs

For a Twin bed in a bedroom, guest room, or dorm, the Neo Sleep hybrid mattress combines foam comfort with individually wrapped pocket springs. Its 75" x 39" x 10" profile fits a Twin-size setup. A medium feel and pressure-relieving foam layers bring comfort and support together in one mattress.

Worth noting

This hybrid pairs gel memory foam and comfort foam with pocketed coils, creating an alternative to choosing an all-foam mattress or a traditional spring-only design. The foam layers are intended to ease pressure, while the responsive, individually wrapped springs adapt to body shape and help support natural spine alignment. Because the coils are wrapped individually, they also absorb movement and reduce noise—useful when a sleeping partner shifts during the night.

Airflow foam, a breathable cover, and the open space around the pocket springs support air circulation through the mattress. Reinforced edges help keep the perimeter steady, adding a more supportive surface near the sides. The mattress has a Euro top and an eight-layer construction, with a medium feel suited to back, stomach, and side sleepers. The memory foam is CertiPUR-US certified, and the cover is OEKO-TEX certified.

How to take care of it

Spot-clean the mattress as needed. For setup, the mattress arrives compressed in a box, place it on the bed foundation and allow it to expand. The product information indicates that it reaches full comfort within 72 hours after expansion, so plan the first night accordingly.

Practical tips

The listed dimensions are 75" long, 39" wide, and 10" thick. Pair it with a Twin-size box spring, slatted base, or solid foundation. Before setting up the bed, match the mattress dimensions to the space and foundation so the finished arrangement fits as intended. Its listed maximum weight capacity is 250 pounds.

In a practical bedroom setup, the foam layers provide cushioning while the pocket springs respond individually as a sleeper changes position. That combination makes the mattress a useful choice for people who want both foam comfort and the feel of a spring-supported surface, rather than either construction on its own.

Buyer feedback is favorable about comfort, while opinions vary on firmness and support. Some describe the feel as a comfortable balance, and others find it firmer than expected, views on durability also differ. These perspectives can help guide expectations when choosing a medium-feel hybrid.
