Dkibcum DRD-12-BLK-QU-US Queen Hybrid Mattress, 12-Inch, Medium-Firm

For a queen bed shared by two sleepers, the Dkibcum hybrid mattress pairs memory foam with pocket springs for cushioning and support. Its medium-firm feel suits shoppers looking for a balanced surface rather than an especially soft or firm mattress. Sharing a bed and hoping to limit wake-ups from movement? The design also emphasizes motion isolation and pressure relief.

Why it makes sense

The hybrid construction combines memory foam with a pocketed-coil layer, bringing together foam cushioning and responsive spring support. Gel-infused memory foam and a breathable cover support airflow, while the spring layer adds another element to the mattress’s ventilated design. The 12-inch profile has a Euro top for a cushioned first feel, with a medium-firm overall comfort level.

For couples, low motion transfer can help reduce the sensation of a partner shifting during the night. Pressure-relieving foam is intended to cushion areas such as the hips and shoulders, while the coils provide support across the mattress. Buyers often praise the comfort and the balance between firmness and softness. Feedback on back support, edge feel, and durability is mixed, so individual impressions of those aspects vary.

Compared with an all-foam mattress or a traditional innerspring model, this hybrid combines foam comfort layers with pocket springs in one design. That makes it a practical choice for shoppers who want both cushioning and a coil-based support layer, rather than either construction on its own.

What to know

This is a queen-size mattress measuring 80 inches long by 60 inches wide, with a 12-inch thickness. The construction includes 690 pocket coils and memory foam, and the stated weight capacity is 900 pounds. Its fiberglass-free design and CertiPUR-US designation are also listed among the product features.

The mattress is supplied compressed and rolled for setup. Place it on a compatible box spring, bunkie board, or solid foundation, then unroll it in the intended location. It can take 12–48 hours to expand to its full size, so allow that time before planning to use it.

Practical tips

Choose a bed base that matches one of the listed compatible types and supports the mattress across its surface. After unboxing, unroll the mattress on that base and give it room to expand. Planning the setup in the bedroom can make handling the rolled mattress more straightforward and avoids needing to move it after it has opened up.

When it makes sense

This mattress is a strong match for adults furnishing a queen bed who want memory-foam cushioning with pocket-spring support, a medium-firm feel, and features aimed at limiting motion transfer. It also suits shoppers who prefer the convenience of a compressed, rolled mattress and can give it time to expand after setup. If your priority is a hybrid feel rather than an all-foam or coil-only construction, the combination of a cushioned Euro top, memory foam, and pocketed coils gives you a clear basis for choosing it.
