Best use cases
Set the mat in a sheltered place where a cat or small dog likes to curl up, such as a pet house, shed, garage, or barn. It can also provide a warm resting surface indoors. The medium size is suited to smaller pets, including cats and small dogs, and the manufacturer also lists rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and guinea pigs as suitable animals.
The cover pairs soft flannel with waterproof velvet fabric, and its removable design makes routine cleaning straightforward: the cover is machine washable. Keep the mat in a sheltered resting area and choose a location that gives your pet room to settle comfortably on its surface.
Buyers commonly highlight the warmth, soft feel, and easy-to-clean cover, including for outdoor cats. Feedback on size and durability is mixed, so matching the listed mat dimensions to your pet’s resting space is a practical way to choose the right fit.
What you get
The set includes the heated pet mat and a removable cover. The cover provides a softer surface for lounging and can be machine washed separately from the mat. Its waterproof lower fabric is intended to help the cover work in outdoor settings, while the heated mat is rated IP67 waterproof.
A chew-resistant cord design adds a practical detail for pet spaces: the 5.91-foot cord has a 4.92-foot steel-encased chew guard. For cleaning, wash the cover only, the mat itself is not listed as machine washable.
