Origimagic Mini PC Ryzen 5 3501U

When a full-size desktop takes up more room than your everyday setup needs, the Origimagic C4 Plus puts a Ryzen 5 3501U mini PC on the desk with dual Gigabit LAN and several display connections. Its 8GB of DDR4 memory and 256GB SSD are the starting configuration, while the listed upgrade options leave room to add memory or storage later.

It’s aimed at office work, streaming, and home tasks—not a promise of workstation-class performance in a tiny case.

Where it shines

The 4-core, 8-thread processor and Radeon Vega 8 graphics make this a fit for everyday computing: documents, web browsing, video streaming, and switching among ordinary work apps. For a home office, the small desktop format can keep the computer itself out of the way while leaving room for a monitor and peripherals. A practical example: connect a display for your main work, then use the HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C outputs when a multi-screen desk is useful. The listing calls out triple-display support, it specifies 1080p video output for USB-C, so don’t assume every connection has the same resolution capability.

Dual RJ45 Gigabit LAN ports are a more distinctive feature than you’ll find on many basic mini PCs with a single wired network port. They may be useful when your setup calls for two wired connections, though the presence of two ports alone doesn’t guarantee faster internet. Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 offer wireless alternatives for network access and peripherals.

Highlights

The included 8GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB M.2 2280 SSD cover a straightforward starting setup. The memory is listed as expandable up to 32GB, and storage can be expanded with an M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD, up to 4TB. That gives this configuration an upgrade path, but adding capacity is a separate step rather than something included in the listed build.

Connectivity includes three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB 2.0 port, USB-C, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, two RJ45 ports, and a 3.5mm combo jack. The USB-C port is specified for data transfer and 1080p video output. The product listing also identifies Windows 11 Pro, auto power-on and Wake-on-LAN BIOS settings, and a VESA mount in the package. You’ll appreciate it if you want a compact office PC with both wired network ports and options to expand its memory or SSD.

Best use cases

This configuration makes the most sense for a home office, a shared desk, or a compact media-and-browsing setup where everyday applications matter more than demanding graphics work. Compared with choosing the simplest mini PC with fewer wired connections, the C4 Plus is appealing when dual LAN and multiple display outputs are part of the plan. It may not suit you if your workload depends on more than the included 8GB of memory from day one, or if you need a system specifically for demanding gaming or graphics tasks, the supplied information doesn’t establish performance for those uses.

When it makes sense

Choose the C4 Plus if you want a small desktop for routine office tasks and value dual Gigabit LAN, multiple display connections, and a stated upgrade path. Its compact format and included VESA mount can also suit a desk where keeping the computer off the work surface matters. If you prefer a ready-to-go system with more memory already installed, compare configurations before choosing: this one starts at 8GB. The extra network port is useful only if your setup can use it, so a simpler single-LAN model may be enough for a typical one-cable home connection.
