NIMO 17.3-inch laptop

For a desk setup that needs room for spreadsheets, editing timelines, or several windows at once, a large-screen laptop can be more practical than a compact model. The NIMO pairs a 17.3-inch FHD display with a Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, 64GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD, aiming at demanding multitasking without requiring a separate desktop.

Its size is the trade-off: this is better suited to a home office or a regular workspace than to someone who wants a small everyday carry.

Best use cases

The combination of 64GB DDR5 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD makes this configuration worth considering for workloads that keep many apps and files in play. Think of coding with documentation and a browser open beside your editor, or organizing a large spreadsheet while joining a video call. The 17.3-inch screen gives those windows more room, and the numeric keypad may be useful for frequent data entry.

The Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 has 12 cores, and the listed Radeon 890M graphics broaden its appeal beyond basic office tasks. The 144Hz refresh rate can make scrolling and motion look smoother, but it does not by itself guarantee that demanding games will run at high settings. You’ll appreciate it if you want a roomy work screen and substantial memory in one machine. Better avoided if low carry weight or a compact footprint matters more than screen space, no weight is provided to help judge portability.

Product specs

• Processor: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, 12 cores
• Memory: 64GB DDR5
• Storage: 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD
• Graphics: Radeon 890M
• Display: 17.3-inch FHD, 144Hz

• Connectivity: USB 4.0 listed in the product name

The included 100W charger is described as suitable for other devices, which could reduce the number of chargers on a desk. The listing also claims a 15-minute charge provides 2 hours of use, actual runtime details and battery capacity are not given, so that claim is not enough to estimate everyday battery life. The laptop is described as partially assembled in the U.S.

Where it shines

The appeal here is the combination: a large 144Hz display, generous listed memory, and ample SSD storage, rather than a focus on being especially small or simple. For example, you could keep a reference document beside a video timeline and still have space for a file browser without constantly switching windows. Would a smaller laptop be easier to take between meetings? Likely, but it would give up some of this screen area.

From the way it is set up, the NIMO looks aimed at creators and business users who value multitasking and a spacious workspace. Its FHD resolution is worth weighing against the screen size if you prioritize fine detail, the specs do not establish how the panel handles color-sensitive work. Likewise, the listing does not provide battery capacity or weight, two useful details for buyers who expect to work away from a desk.

Final verdict

This NIMO makes the most sense for a mostly stationary setup where screen space, 64GB of memory, and a 1TB SSD are priorities. It also has practical touches for desk work, including the numeric keypad and included USB-C charger. Choose a smaller, lighter-focused approach instead if portability is the deciding factor, or look for fuller display and battery details if your work depends on color accuracy or long stretches away from power. The stated two-year warranty is a concrete plus, but the missing weight and battery specifications leave important questions for mobile use.
