Musbeat Red Oak Wood Guitar Stand, 360° Rotating Yoke, Felt Padding

For players who want an instrument easy to reach and ready to display, this Musbeat stand combines a hanging design with a red oak wood finish. It offers a different approach from a traditional tripod: the pedestal base keeps the footprint compact, while the wood grain gives the stand a furniture-like presence. Use it to keep a guitar or another compatible string instrument accessible in a home, studio, or music room.

Compatibility

The rotating yoke is designed to accommodate straight, tilted, and scarf-style headstocks. The stand is described for Flying V, electric, acoustic, and bass guitars, as well as ukulele, violin, banjo, and mandolin. That range makes it useful when a room or studio holds different kinds of string instruments and you want one instrument displayed and within reach at a time.

The yoke sits 39 inches above the base, providing the hanging support for the instrument. Felt covers the surfaces that may contact its finish, adding a soft buffer at those points. Three silicone feet are attached beneath the base, a practical detail for placement on soft carpet where a stand may be more vulnerable to being bumped.

Getting the most from it

Assembly follows two steps: fasten the base to the upright with the two included hex socket head cap screws, then rotate the yoke clockwise onto the top of the stand. The hex key is included, and the supplied instructions guide the setup. Once assembled, position the stand where the instrument can be reached easily for practice and where its wood finish can contribute to the room’s display.

For example, a player can keep a guitar near a practice area for quick access between tasks, while using the same stand in a living room or studio to present the instrument as part of the space. Unlike a tripod with legs that extend outward, this pedestal-style design keeps its support closer to the upright, which can suit a compact display area. Lemon oil is the recommended maintenance product for the wood.

When it makes sense

Choose this stand when you want a wooden alternative to plain metal instrument stands, along with a hanging yoke that rotates to suit different headstock angles. The red oak grain and polished finish make it well suited to a visible spot at home or in a studio, while the felt contact padding and silicone-footed base add useful details for everyday placement. With room for one instrument, it serves players who want a single guitar or compatible string instrument displayed neatly and ready to pick up.
