Opvixi 200-Piece Rubber Grommet Kit, 8 Sizes for Wiring and Hole Coverage
Product description
When a wiring project calls for several grommet sizes, having an assortment on hand can be more practical than sourcing each size separately. This Opvixi kit includes 200 hollow rubber grommets in eight sizes, giving you options for protecting wires and covering openings in automotive, home, and industrial projects.
The flexible rubber design helps shield wires from wear at an opening, while the divided storage box keeps the sizes organized and easy to identify.
Practical tips
Choose a grommet size that suits the opening and the wire or cable passing through it. The hollow center lets you use each grommet as supplied, without cutting it with tools. Install it from one side of the opening, then route the wire through the center. For example, when working on a vehicle firewall or an appliance, a correctly sized grommet can create a finished edge around wiring and help protect it from abrasion.
Keep the grommets sorted in their divided plastic box between projects. With several sizes available in one kit, it’s easier to select an option for a particular opening instead of relying on a single size for every wiring task. The assortment can also cover unused holes, helping create a neater finish where a suitable grommet is used as a plug.
Why it makes sense
The kit combines a range of sizes with a flexible, elastic rubber construction. That makes it useful for varied wiring jobs, from vehicle repairs to household equipment, pipes, pumps, and other applications listed for the assortment. The rubber is described as resistant to high temperatures and UV, flame-retardant, insulating, and waterproof, these properties support its use in settings where wires or openings need a protective covering.
Buyers highlight the range of sizes and describe the grommets as useful for different wire applications and repair projects. Some also mention using them when restoring vintage electronics. These comments reflect individual project experiences, while the assortment’s practical advantage is its variety: it gives you multiple grommet sizes in one organized kit.
