Decute KM806 LCD Writing Tablets, 8.5-Inch Unicorn 2-Pack in Pink and Purple

For a car ride, restaurant wait, or quiet play at home, the Decute KM806 gives kids a colorful screen for drawing and writing. This two-pack includes pink and purple unicorn-themed LCD tablets. Children can doodle with the stylus, then clear the screen with the erase control. A screen lock helps protect a drawing or note from being erased accidentally.

Getting the most from it

Use the tablets for free drawing, early writing practice, quick notes, or a simple activity during travel. The LCD writing surface offers a reusable alternative to paper for everyday doodling: kids can make a picture, clear it, and start again without setting out a fresh page each time. The straightforward erase control keeps the activity moving, while the lock is useful when a drawing needs to stay in place.

Each tablet is designed to travel easily between home and outings. The product description gives a weight of 120g, and the 8.5-inch format fits a range of everyday settings, from the living room to a car or restaurant. The stylus attaches with an anti-loss lanyard, and it can also support the tablet as a stand. For young children, an adult can help with setup and show them how to use the erase and lock controls before play.

Why it’s worth it

The pair makes it easy to set up a drawing activity for two children or keep one tablet in a travel bag and another at home. Compared with a paper pad, an erasable LCD board is suited to repeat doodling and quick notes without using a new sheet for each attempt. The unicorn design adds a playful look, while the lock, erase control, and tethered stylus support simple, self-directed use.

Buyers commonly praise the tablets’ appearance, ease of use, and portability, including for car trips. Some also describe them as useful for keeping children occupied. Feedback on functionality and overall quality is mixed, with some buyers reporting trouble with the erase button. This feedback makes the erase control worth demonstrating when introducing the tablet, alongside its screen-lock function.

Final verdict

The Decute KM806 is a practical pick for families looking for a reusable drawing surface in a compact, kid-focused format. Its two color options, simple erase-and-lock controls, and attached stylus make it well suited to everyday doodling, early writing activities, and travel entertainment.
