KGOSAUO Clear Tarps for Porch Enclosure, 6x10ft Clear Vinyl Tarp, 14 Mil

Choosing a cover often comes down to whether you need to block the elements or keep a space bright and visible. This clear vinyl tarp is designed to do both, making it useful for outdoor areas and plant coverings.

Its 14 mil material is waterproof, and the clear construction transmits 99% of light. That combination helps shield a patio, greenhouse, or chicken coop while letting natural light pass through.

At 6x10ft, it offers a defined coverage area for seasonal protection, garden projects, or a temporary shelter. Reinforced edges and grommets give you practical points for securing it in place.

Highlights

The tarp is made from 14 mil clear vinyl, with edges reinforced using six-needle stitching. Plastic corner plates and rust-resistant aluminum alloy grommets add reinforcement at the points used for tie-downs. The grommets are spaced every 17–20 inches, giving you multiple places to secure the cover with the included rope.

Clear material is especially useful when a solid, opaque cover would block the view or daylight. With 99% light transmission, it can cover plants while still allowing natural light through, or enclose a patio without fully obscuring the area. Its waterproof construction also makes it suitable for covering outdoor spaces and protecting garden areas from rain.

Buyers often praise the tarp’s clarity, thickness, and ability to help block wind. Feedback about the measurements is mixed, so plan the coverage around the listed 6x10ft size and consider where the grommets will sit when you position it.

Fit and sizing

The tarp measures 6x10ft, a useful format for a patio section, greenhouse area, chicken coop, or garden cover. Before setting it up, identify the area you want to cover and where the tie-down points can be placed. The grommets along the edges provide attachment points at regular intervals, while the included rope can help secure the tarp for your chosen setup.

For plant protection, the clear finish lets light through while creating a waterproof covering. For a patio or porch, it offers a transparent alternative to an opaque cover when keeping the view open matters.

Getting the most from it

Spread the tarp over the area you want to protect, then use the grommets to attach it to suitable tie-down points. Distributing the attachment points along the edges helps keep the cover positioned for its intended use. The foldable construction makes it practical to put away between projects or when the covering is not needed.

Use it for a greenhouse, patio, porch, balcony, chicken coop, campsite, or garden shelter. It can also serve as a temporary barrier for a window or as a cover for emergency preparedness. The clear format is a strong fit when you want protection while preserving visibility and allowing daylight into the covered space.
