Filterbuy AFB20x30x2M11pk4 20x30x2 MERV 11 Pleated Air Filters, 4-Pack

At an actual size of 19.75 x 29.75 x 1.75 inches, these Filterbuy pleated air filters are made for HVAC systems that take a nominal 20x30x2 filter. Their electrostatically charged MERV 11 media is designed to capture dust and help reduce exposure to common airborne particles, including pollen, lint, and pet dander.

The four-filter pack is a practical choice for maintaining several returns or keeping replacements ready. Choose the measured fit your system needs, then match the filter’s airflow direction during installation.

Fit and sizing

The listed 20x30x2 size is nominal, the filter’s actual dimensions are 19.75 x 29.75 x 1.75 inches. Compare those measurements with the filter currently in your system or the dimensions specified for its filter slot. That distinction matters when selecting a replacement: nominal size is a convenient label, while actual size determines how the filter sits in the opening.

These filters are designed for slide-in use with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and HVAC systems. When installing, turn off the system, remove the intake cover, and position the new filter so its airflow direction matches the system. Replace the cover before turning the power back on.

Pros

MERV 11 synthetic media provides a filtration option for households focused on dust, pollen, lint, and pet dander. The electrostatic charge and pleated construction give particles more filter media to encounter than a flat surface, while the product is rated to capture 95% of dust. The manufacturer recommends replacement about every 90 days, homes with pets, allergy concerns, children, or other changing conditions may need a different schedule.

Buyers often praise the filters’ straightforward installation and dust reduction. Feedback on fit and airflow is mixed, so choosing by the actual dimensions and following the airflow direction are useful steps when replacing a filter. For routine maintenance, the four-pack provides multiple replacements in one purchase rather than a single filter at a time.
