INSUM 949 Dog Tennis Balls, 2.5-Inch, 12-Pack, Mixed Colors

For a backyard game of fetch or a training session at the park, INSUM 949 dog tennis balls give you a colorful set made for chasing, retrieving, and play. Each ball is 2.5 inches across and non-squeaky, so the focus stays on movement and fetch rather than sound.

The 12-pack comes in mixed colors and includes a mesh drawstring bag for carrying and storage. Use the balls for indoor or outdoor play, and supervise your dog during play, especially when chewing is part of the activity.

Tips for day-to-day use

Keep several balls together in the mesh bag for outings, then bring one out at a time for a game of fetch, training practice, or an agility activity. The assortment gives you multiple balls for a longer play session, while the different colors can make them easier to distinguish against grass or other surroundings. After play, return them to the bag so the set is ready to carry or store.

These are non-squeaky balls, a practical fit for owners who want a fetch toy without a built-in squeak. They are described for indoor and outdoor use and as water repellent, giving you flexibility to choose a play area. For a dog that tends to chew toys, keep play supervised and take the ball away if it becomes damaged.

Where it shines

The set is designed around active games: toss a ball across the yard, practice a retrieve, or bring several along for a park visit. Having a dozen balls on hand suits play routines where you want another ball ready without stopping to retrieve the first one. The 2.5-inch format is also listed as compatible with 2.5-inch dog ball launchers, which can be useful for owners who already use that size of launcher.

The maker describes the balls as suitable for dogs of all breed sizes, while the product details list small, medium, and large dogs. The features also call them ideal for puppies and medium breeds under supervision. As with any dog toy, a dog’s play and chewing habits matter: buyer feedback on durability and chew resistance is mixed, so supervised fetch is the most appropriate way to use them.

When it makes sense

Choose this set when fetch and movement-based play matter more than a squeaking feature, and you want multiple balls in one portable set. Compared with buying a single fetch ball, a 12-pack keeps spares available for group play, training, or outings. If your routine centers on a toy that makes noise, these non-squeaky balls offer a different kind of play. You’ll appreciate it if you want colorful balls for regular supervised fetch, with a mesh bag to keep the set together between sessions.
