HOTO QWCJY001-BLACK Laser Distance Measurer, 98 ft Range, OLED, USB-C

At 2.9 x 1.3 x 0.7 inches, the HOTO QWCJY001-BLACK is a pocket-size laser distance measurer with a rubber exterior and a keychain-carry design. Its one-button operation lets you take quick readings without pulling out and extending a conventional tape measure, which is useful when checking furniture spacing, room dimensions, or wall décor placement.

The OLED display shows measurements, and the tool supports feet, meters, and inches. For home projects and everyday measuring, what could be more convenient than a compact tool you can keep close at hand?

Usage tips

Point the device toward the surface you want to measure and use the one-button control to take a reading. The stated measuring range is 0.16 to 98 feet, with accuracy up to ±2 mm. That range can help with tasks such as planning furniture placement, checking curtain lengths, or measuring a room for a layout. The manufacturer recommends indoor use or shaded areas for optimal results.

The display is designed for indoor readings, and USB-C recharging supports repeated use. The laser is Class 2, follow the directions for use and avoid direct eye exposure. Compared with a traditional tape measure, this format is suited to quick distance checks where a touch-operated laser reading is more practical than stretching a tape across the space.
