GZXAGZJ clear tarp with grommets, 6x6 ft Clear Vinyl Tarp, 14 mil

Create a covered greenhouse area, shield patio furniture, or protect a garden bed while still letting daylight through. This GZXAGZJ clear vinyl tarp measures 6x6 ft and is 14 mil thick, giving you a transparent cover for outdoor spaces where visibility and light matter.

Reinforced edges and rust-resistant metal grommets provide practical tie-down points around the tarp. Grommets are spaced every 20 inches, making it easier to secure the cover for uses such as a porch enclosure or temporary weather shelter.

Its clear construction helps maintain sunlight penetration while the waterproof material provides a barrier from rain and dust. Fold the tarp for compact storage between uses, or set it up as a protective cover for plants, furniture, or an animal shelter.

Usage tips

For rain protection, position the tarp with a slope so water can drain rather than collect on the surface. Use the grommets along the reinforced edges to secure it to your chosen supports, their regular spacing gives you multiple points for arranging the cover across a frame or opening. The 6x6-ft size is useful for smaller coverage areas, such as a garden section, a porch opening, or outdoor furniture.

Because the sheet is clear, it suits setups where a fully opaque cover would block useful daylight. That makes it a practical option for greenhouse covering and plant protection, as well as for enclosing a patio while keeping the area visible. When you are finished, fold it neatly and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it clear of sharp objects that could puncture the material.

What you’ll notice day to day

The transparent surface lets light pass through, which is useful when covering plants or creating a sheltered outdoor area without making it feel fully closed off. The black border frames the clear sheet, while reinforced edges and evenly spaced grommets give you places to fasten it around a porch, garden, or greenhouse setup. Its waterproof design also makes it suitable for protecting patio furniture and other outdoor items from rain and dust.

Customer feedback often highlights the tarp’s clarity and weather protection. Opinions on its thickness are mixed, and some buyers report that the dimensions differed from what they expected. For a fitted cover, plan around the stated 6x6-ft size and the shape of the area you want to protect.

What to clarify

Does the tarp let sunlight through? Yes. Its clear construction is designed to maintain light transmission, making it suitable for greenhouse covering and plant protection while providing shelter.
