GUSTARIA American Mahjong Tiles, 166-Piece Blue Standard-Size Set

For adults seeking a standard-size American Mahjong tile set, GUSTARIA brings together 166 blue tiles for play with four people.

Classically engraved English letters and Arabic numerals make the tiles easy to identify during a game, helping players follow the action at the table.

This is a tiles-only set, suited to players who already have the other items they use for Mahjong. Its portable design also makes it practical to bring along for a game away from home.

How it fits

The set is intended for American Mahjong and a four-player game. Its 1.2-inch tile format provides a familiar standard-size option for players who want a complete group of tiles without choosing a larger format. Blue tiles and clear, carved markings give each piece a distinct look while keeping letters and numbers legible as players build and read their hands.

Because the set contains tiles only, it suits a game night where players already have the accessories they prefer to use. For example, a group can bring the tiles to a family gathering and play together using its usual setup. The portable design supports taking the set along, while the included box provides a place to keep the tiles together between games.

Where it shines

The engraved English letters and Arabic numerals help make tile identification straightforward during play, including for people getting familiar with American Mahjong. The blue color adds a distinctive visual detail, and the standard-size format keeps the set focused on the tiles themselves rather than a larger game package.

There are 166 tiles, including two jokers and four blank spare tiles. Those spares give players replacement pieces to keep with the set, while the jokers are part of the game’s tile selection. After a game, the tiles can be rinsed or wiped with a cloth for cleanup.

Buyer feedback highlights the blue appearance, traditional design, clear engravings, and enjoyable play. Some buyers also mention an unpleasant odor, so that is worth bearing in mind when choosing a set. Compared with purchasing a full game package, this tile-only format makes more sense for players who already have their other Mahjong accessories and want to add or refresh the tiles.
