EDILLY Power Lift Recliner Chair, Genuine Leather

For older adults or anyone who wants help moving from a seated position to standing, this EDILLY power lift recliner combines an assisted lift with separate backrest and footrest adjustment. Its dual-motor setup is intended to let you find a reclined position without moving both sections together, while massage, heat, and a longer footrest add comfort-focused features for relaxing at home. Without having tried it, the practical appeal is clear: several functions are built into one chair, but the product details do not list its overall dimensions or weight capacity, so fit deserves attention before choosing it.

Best use cases

This chair makes the most sense for a living room or recovery space where getting out of a low seat can be difficult and the user also wants to recline for a while. The lift function raises the chair to assist with standing, the dual motors independently control the backrest and footrest, so a user can adjust those positions separately. The listing also names people with leg or back problems and those recovering from pregnancy or surgery, though it does not provide medical guidance or claim that the chair replaces help from a caregiver.

Picture settling in after a long day, raising the footrest, and using the remote to change the back angle without leaning over to reach a manual lever. The included remotes control the lifting and massage functions, and USB and Type-C ports offer a place to connect compatible devices while seated. If you want a simple recliner without powered lift or massage features, a more basic chair would involve fewer controls and functions.

Product specs

The chair is described as genuine leather, with a double-layer lumbar cushion and a footrest extended by three inches compared with ordinary models. Massage comes from eight points distributed around the head, waist, thighs, and calves, with five styles and three timing settings. Heat is included, but the listing does not specify its temperature or coverage. Two motors operate the lift, backrest, and footrest functions, two remote controls are included.

Assembly is described as tool-free and taking about fifteen minutes. The product ships in two packages, which may arrive at different times. Leather is presented as easy to wipe clean, but the care instructions do not explain which cleaning products are suitable. Since no chair dimensions or weight capacity are given here, make sure those details work for the intended user and room before settling on this model.

Where it shines

The main draw is the combination of an assisted stand-up function and independent reclining controls. That gives it a different role from a standard manual recliner, which may suit someone who mainly wants a place to put their feet up but does not need a powered lift. The lumbar cushion can be placed where needed, according to the listing, and the extended footrest may be useful for users who want more leg support while reclining.

Would massage settings and separate controls matter in your everyday routine, or would a straightforward lift chair cover the need? The answer helps determine whether the added features are useful or simply more than you need. Worth considering if the user wants lift assistance alongside adjustable reclining, massage, and heat. It may not suit you if you need confirmed size or weight-limit information before buying, or prefer a chair with fewer powered features.

Is it worth it?

This EDILLY chair is worth a closer look when assisted standing is a priority and the user will make use of the independent back and footrest controls, massage, or heat. The genuine leather surface and wipe-clean description may also appeal in a home where easy surface cleaning matters. Its clearest drawback in the available information is the missing fit data: there are no overall dimensions or weight capacity to compare with the user or available floor space. If those specifics check out, the extra functions may justify choosing it over a basic recliner, if not, a simpler model with clearly stated sizing may be the safer buy.
